Don't make this personal - read my points and then ask why would a company want to hide profits when they are also shareholders who would benefit from a higher EPS and share price - doesn't make sense... I acquired shares 3-4 years ago at between 1p and 10p and held as I refused to sell at 1p - ok? Sold half at 5p three weeks ago and added last week - so like you want to trade and make money here - I repeat - filter me - that's fine because if I have to read much more of this OTT paranoid ramping predicting share prices not seen here for years .. I will use the filter button myself!!

It's called putting on a more balanced rational non rampish opinion of the current share price and prospects and also being a shareholder concerned at the ramp attack from those only here to make an quick buck - like several weeks ago when they appeared and then disappeared as share price fell back 50% - as I warned at the time. I don't think a re-trace will happen this time with results so close. BTW YOU have posted 50 times yesterday and a fair bit today so perhaps look in the mirror re having a social life! I had to spend most of my day in hospital with my unwell mother - health matters far more than money imvho. As for the rude word - post reported..

I agree there are a lot of provision and interesting accounting within the accounts - same with many other companies .. prepayments.. goodwill.. accruals.. it's not that unusual.. perhaps the amounts raise an eyebrow though.. So lets all say the research is 100% correct - that the company is hiding a massive profit... Can we therefore debate .. W H Y ? We know there are several large shareholders - we know key members of the company hold shares.. surely they would want to show profits - the correct revenue etc. to have the right market share price. Why on earth have they been "happy" with sub 1p share prices for the last 2-4 years? Shareholders want the best return.. the highest share price ... so what's their game.. seriously? (my answer is perhaps showing higher profits would mean debts would have to be repaid sooner or terms change)... so bang on about undervalue etc. but perhaps think a bit more as to why they MAY have done this? Monday s/b good...

You haven't missed much.. yet.. there may be a disposal .. lets wait and see. Still if people want to cut and paste admission documents from 2010 - that's up to them. However to suggest the figures will be the same seven years later is based on...? Values change.... markets change... If the company was really "hiding" profits - I suggest they would not be able to get away with it for more than 2-3 years before it became obvious to the auditors.. It's a dangerous game to suggest it - if ProfW truly believes it - report it to the authorities or ask the company to explain why they are not showing true accounts. I repeat .. I see upside - but its obvious there's a ramp attack going on here..

I suggest you re-read the final results - lots of red ink underlying the various estimates and risks forecasting future margins/risks and accounting methods used. Lots of adJustments (usual for most companies) but the underlying facts are that after cost of sales the company currently makes a loss .. and then add on the admin expenses to increase the loss. Positives are the cash held and potential to increase capacity/revenue/margin going forward. Shareholder funds are a negative £ 5 million which might explain why the share price has been so low for so long.. The company has also highlighted the need to restructure since the interim results - it was not new information. Positives of a sale include releasing onerous leases and costs and improving margins on remaining businesses - possible negatives are not the company may only receive a nominal amount (so be interesting to see how all this effects the accounts) and company selling assets results in a smaller business left - unless funds are used to expand elsewhere/new markets. So positives and negatives and I have held for so long because I hate selling at a loss - now I can trade and I repeat - I see upside - perhaps a lot of upside - I Just hate newbies (not you) who arrive and tell LTHs they know nothing and the rampers know everything. Some people might have brought at the high yesterday (5p) so will be down 30% again. My opinion for what's it worth is either buy and hold for the medium term or short term trade will achievable quick targets to make a profit. Now you posted over 50 times here yesterday so obviously want the share to succeed - so do I. However if you only want to hear 100% bullish opinion indeed of sensible balanced opinion - I suggest you and others use the filter button. It will be a lot better for all of us and stop the personal attacks. GL

The results are key here. Any disposal will help but it,seems the issue is the offer price. I still reckon 10p s/b a decent three month target. Maybe the higher targets can happen after 2-3 years of recovery. Remember the share price had been at sub 1p for several years with no investor interest. Btw when did I ever say I held 1000 shares? Yes a couple of times I had multiple holdings most valued at £1k each. However do not tell falsehoods to belittle another long term poster please..

Are u kidding? Rude..crude..personal and out of order. Sorry but Friday nights do not agree with him. Shame as the same type of posts meant he disappeared off here a while back. If all you have to say is personal attacks then you have nothing left to offer. Despite the update 6p seems to be the current ceiling here. it has been years since we has share prices like some are suggesting.

Play fair.. it could be said that rampers only come out on a spike - so many new posters appearing today. Of course some believe in the company and have added to wait for the results/news.. while others are just day trading (and don't forget the spread reduces any profits - I really doubt the boasts of buying at the bottom and selling at the top - usually it's somewhere in-between). No one minds people making money - what I mind are the stupid share price predictions to encourage people to buy (maybe without research) which cause a spike to have legs .. so that the rampers can then sell without saying so - hence the retrace. It happens again and again and again... news is due - so if you think the company has upside - add. If not - then day trade..

70p? Nope - not if the shareholder funds/NAV are correct... maybe 10p depends on disposal news. Remember we are in closed season so unless results have been brought forward - I don't expect a RNS for another two weeks.. so whether this spike can last is 50/50 (although I expect a spike on results day)

Were have you ALL come from? It's been quiet here the last few weeks... Now if you recall.. the share price rose from 1p to around 5p... then no further RNS meant gradual profit taking all the way back to 2.5p... some of us sold/reduced - which was understandable... Recently I guess some of us have started to add back (including myself) as RESULTS ARE DUE THIS MONTH! So whether the rise is due to pending results and expectation of disposal news OR market rumours (I hope inside info has not been handed around) is unknown - but news is due. Just remember though that if a RNS does not land .. then expect at least some profit taking again next week...

Compared to the May share price.. Now it's a case of.. You buy one, you get one free! Will watch for now..

Is there a market that isn't tough? (maybe North Korea).. If so - perhaps MOS should set up a venture there....

Well from memory it was the currency devaluation that put the spanner in the works with Argentina.. declines have since continued but who is to say that at some point the declines will flat line and revenue growth may return? However the track record means we should wait until several more quarters of decent Indian growth before getting too positive... but it was definitely right to move into a new market..

..you really do not like this company for some reason... reason for rise? Perhaps oversold... Perhaps you can provide a reason for the recent drop... shares move up and down.. some interest has returned.. As a shareholder - I am happy about this although it would be good to have another update this month..

Not sure why we need x number of subscribers for a trading update? Didn't need x number of subscribers for the trading update last year... so I reckon it's very likely there will be an update soon .. as for the tick up ... hopefully the start of an upswing..

Maybe there will be an update .. depends on whether news is material enough to warrant a RNS.. some buying though and share price hopefully has now hit rock bottom...

Shame... because LSE and other discussion threads are a very useful tool to consider when considering an trade in any share - of course you might get an OTT view but you may miss out on useful info. As for the spike - there has been a recent RNS and results are not far off... personally think if you had waited a while longer you would get your breakeven price of 6.2p but best not to look back but instead look forward to whatever you may invest in next gl

Well if you buy at 40p .. why not set a stop loss? Why hold on as share price declines? All say you put £2000 in at 40p .. once it got to 1p that translated to £50... so why hold? Did this new poster add and average down? I rather wait for the next news/results then debate what the company may be worth - but agree now is not the time to sell out. indeed have added at this level gla

Not surprised if a few trolls appear too... some people seem to "enjoy" others losing money - shame.. TBH any one selling now will be doing so at a loss - so crazy .. especially with results due next month.. if dire - then sell...
