Actually to be fair we are both right. Share price started rising. Company issued RNS. Then it continued to rise for next few days.

It started the same/next day and continued for around a week. Look back - I was holding at the time. The "rubbish" was the silly ramp sp predictions at the time. Were are we now?

There was a reason!? A RNS. It went up 500% and has given half back on profit taking. Results due in a month so patience is needed here

Thread still active.. on a bank holiday weekend!? One suggestion re buying shares - when you dig a hole - do you keep digging deeper... or... STOP?

Just lets keep it real.. no fibs about suspension (from a year ago RNS) and no inflated daft asset valuations... I'm waiting for the results... gla

Jilson has been on this thread for 2-3 years if not longer .. so is entitled to be as vocal and angry and post as often as he likes - and posting on a BB will make no difference to were we are at the moment..

Trouble is that it's difficult to find anything positive to post! The company has no money - no source atm for new money - the share price makes it impossible to issue new shares - the management should have taken action long ago - and shareholders are likely not to get any of their money back. Some of us will "accept" it while others will want to consider various action against the company - good luck to them.

Perhaps wait for the results .. should provide a more up to date valuation of assets .. although the book value and what an asset is sold for can be quite different! We know the share price has been fall higher - that the potential is there - I Just don't expect recovery to happen overnight (excluding material news) GL might add on this dip....

I thought NW1 were shareholders as well? (hence will also be "shafted" to some extent)... Detailed RNS.. various options... note that great... even the option of becoming a cash shell doesn't look possible because the reality will be that KIN becomes a debt shell.... Whether anyone here will be willing to cough up for new shares remains to be seen -- personally trying to forget this sorry episode - it was so promising for so long - the rise from 1p to 20p... the fall from 20p to 0.05p ... few shares can be similar to this car crash.... I had so little left in here probably will not join any group but good luck if you do decide to take this further..

You have a point - they are leaving the results until the very last minute... of course quite a few small cap companies do leave it late but CSF has not been one to date. Maybe it's to see if they can get a disposal completed - maybe because they are behind due to talks on various options or maybe it's nothing material to be concerned about?? Dooby - I follow quite a few on Twitter myself (I suspect Jumbone would block me lol).. Riddler my main source - as the one I started talking to here back in 2011 - use these accounts as one source of information - but remember because these guys are already holding the shares they promote - you obviously are only going to get the bull case or positive info. Great - but make sure you DYOR as well imvho gl

No harm saying you are here to trade the share .. never good to get too attached or sentimental to any investment.. have targets to buy/sell.. India has potential but it's up to the company to realise it.. lets wait and see... I do notice though that some of the rampers have obviously moved on (for now) GL

Good points - yes share price was far higher 4-5 years ago - may take a while to get back there.. but proof of a turnaround will do it. Only point I disagree on is that if the vote to delist was defeated last year .. and the main three shareholders are the same now - there's no point having another delisting vote - because the result will probably be the same. However once the results are out - who knows what the company may propose for the next AGM...? Amadan - yes provisions can deflate/enhance profits/losses - but the person you mention is not suggesting that the accounts are wrong by a small margin - he is suggest a substantial difference - and a valuation far higher - maybe to suit his agenda? (to make a substantial profit)... I am going to wait for the final results so we can have updated info - and then perhaps work out how/if provisional make a material impact.. News could come before the results so best to hold/add ... and wait gla

..there are also audited accounts - are you suggesting the auditors are not doing their Job? Are you suggesting our company is the only one understating accounts ..? Or is this common .. in your opinion? You could actually be harming the rep of the company coming out with this line of reasoning.. would you want to invest in a company that could be in trouble with the authorities at any time IF they were not showing their full profit p.a.? Think about it .. I suggest you and others stop suggesting this.. now...

amadan - it's a big accusation to make.. that the company are not showing their true profits... have you asked the company :-)

Terminal decline? How do you know? There is enough cash to last another eighteen months without any need to ask shareholders for more funds. Yes - subscription rates have to keep increasing and at a decent rate.. Yes - South America is still a concern (I would get out) and Yes - cash burn and losses to continue for a while yet. However surely all factored into the current share price? This has fallen enough imho .. I am not waiting.. I am buying GLA

Last point - I really do not believe anyone buys or sells a share due to reading a BB thread - if they do .. they are "mugs" who should not be investing... anyone reading here should a) use it as one part of research b) read back though the RNSs of the last 1-2 years and c) perhaps research the sector - then decide whether to buy (or hold or sell). One poster (me) out of 5-10 posters being a tad more cautious and providing a bit of balance - and asking what's a fair share price - is what a thread needs. It puts no one off - reading a 100% negative or positive thread may have an impact.. so all I will say to anyone is DYOR - read the thread - read the RNSs - and if you still think this has legs then buy in (especially ahead of news) Over and out gl
