To be fair to Matt007, the £17k underwater comment was about ARB. Kira, I think you are being a bit harsh on him, you're getting his referencing every emotion on a BB confused with him being a trader.

Judge. Personally I would like an RNS stating he was not privy to the FSP following the BOD's investigation. I think that will probably be the case, however it is difficult for folks not to be a bit cynical about how close his ear is to the ground. Normally I'd say it's nobody's business what he needed the cash for but if it was say, missing out on a new home, a great deal on yacht, that might calm a few jitters.

Tbh, I can see where Wolster is coming from and I don't think they deserve the stick they are getting. Firstly, on reflection I don't think the BOD did know about this and I expect whoever said (think it was lancerman) if the seller had approached the BOD they would have told him he couldn't sell. He was probably faced with a situation of needing the cash come what may and thought the only way to get it was to bypass the BOD.

However, given his title and the pomp which went along with his joining then him selling is bound to raise a few eyebrows and I think it could have been orchestrated better. How they could have done this is difficult to work out.

If it does happen then I am disregarding it on the basis of coincidence. And so should everyone else.

It might have something to do with a person of significant control selling, in terms of how the transaction has to be declared. Whilst the company is registered in an overseas jurisdiction, I think UK rules have to indicate if a PSC is selling , not too sure, just a brain wave.

In addition to the last comment. If a deal was / is dependent on it then I expect any remuneration for him making a sacrifice will be detailed in the sale on which shareholders may have to vote on, but the NDA has allowed this part of the transaction not to be disclosed. However there was no other option but to declare this guy's sale to the market because he's not a director.

Who knows? Could it be to get the offer binding he needed to sell those shares? We were never going to get an RNS stating, "BTW someone connected to the company will be selling to ensure a binding offer".

The conversation probably went along the lines of, "We want absolute assurance that they are not involved in something we are bidding for before we agree to give you the money". I don't particularly know how high level business meetings go but I bet they are forthright. Just my two pence worth.

The apparent / perceived indifference about today's news is simply down to who is holding. 2.4billion shares and about 40 million being traded today. Hardly anyone is buying because less than hardly anyone is selling.

If 55p per share was where it was going to get to, it would have been done ages ago.

The market now assumes a sale / transaction, it just doesn't know how much, but it's pretty sure it's 30p plus.

Choice is always the individual's but you haven't lost, if you can afford to it's worth a hold from here. (Not advice, a humble opinion).

You never will. The way I read the RNS was that the most time consuming part of the process is over. National holidays have been the final hurdle preventing the relevant parties getting together to finalise matters.

Even the standard disclaimer was worded in such a way that some sort of deal is pretty much there.

They could have finished it with a simple, "there can be no guarantee". Like the so called speeding ticket which was worded in a way that said, we know the reason, you know the reason, we're just not allowed to say.

I'm not going to tell folks not to sell, couldn't give a stuff if people do. Today's RNS was about as good as it gets for me; we wanted communication we got it, the BOD probably knew folks might sell to have a play about elsewhere, they don't care. But they and holders of EUA won't care two stuffs if you can't get back in again.

Gary, I get that mate. Plus I get keeping positivity here as I know there are folks who want to try to talk the share down for their own gain.

And I doubt most newcomers would take it seriously but some might. Guess I'm getting grumpy and impatient waiting.

Anyway, without being rampy, I've got a feeling that the lack of DFS is a good sign.

I think it might have been approved but there's some Russian dispensation meaning it doesn't need to be released before sale.
