I agree with Tilly. The BOD don't have to say fook all about which subbies they are using, especially when there's NDAs which are not my favourite if I'm honest but hopefully a means to an end.

If it is a topic of discussion it won't be to discuss the merits of buying EUA, it would be a motion for approval. If that was the case then both EUA and NN shareholders will find out about before then.

There have been non-binding offers, so if NN are involved then it will be a "binder" and hopefully a "blinder" for all parties concerned.

Peter47. It's an interesting theory and makes sense from a certain perspective, however the big majority of the shares are held by the BOD / companies which have invested time in the company for years to get to a point of conclusion.

I don't really see that current trading evidences your theory. It seems pretty straightforward to me, there's nobody selling other than PIs, might be a couple of minor IIs looking at the size of some of the trades. Might be folks on here who have big holding who know dumping a shed load with little trading volume will mean the next lot they drop will be worth less. Better to drip em in rather than pish all over the bonfire and extinguish it straight away.

BUT, some fookers are selling them and looking at the trading it's PIs who have substantial holdings.

The Blackrock one I can understand. The UBS 8.5 I believe it only needs to be posted if there's any changes in their clients' EUA positions. Logical explanation is there's been nothing to report in the last 5 days however, statistically based on the last few months, it does seem odd that that there's been nothing to report recently.
