Bellers. If it belongs to a company then it would be the company's. If it belongs to more than one company then it would be the companies'. If we are just talking about the plural of company then it's the companies.

I'll be perfectly honest, as a holder of this since last July, the words which are used for people who are negative towards this share are far more offensive than the "derampers'" words.

The turnover / and hopefully profit is made by the subsidiary company but it's all added to the turnover and hopefully profit of the 'EUA Group'.

One thing is for sure, if someone is playing hardball on price for assets then the company is making sure it can prove it can go it alone if required.

If you're the entity providing a "credible proposal" you still want the best deal, however the company has to be business as usual until the proposal becomes a firm reality. I expect the deal is about 50p per share away at the moment and EUA is prepared to mine it.

willgibb. Agree that Scottish fans, by and large, are well behaved when they get the odd opportunity to travel for tournaments but don't get blinkered. They have caused plenty of bother when having the opportunity to travel to England and, whilst it's not as big a story as English hooligans, they've done plenty.

As an England supporter, I'll be honest. In my younger years I used to cheer for Scotland, Wales, N. Ireland and Ireland. British Isles. Regardless of politics.

As I got older I stopped that when I realised that a lot of fans of the other countries wanted England to lose. However, regardless of all that I still celebrated when Moore scored yesterday.

Fact is we're British, speak the same language, have the same values and most of us have proper good pals with folks from all the previously mentioned countries. As England, N. Ireland, Scotland and Wales we have a job to do to keep this part of the globe a fair and great place; our Irish friends could always be part of something if they need to be.

In conclusion, if / when England go out I still want Wales or Scotland to win it.

Travis, I don't think there is any requirement to sell shares on death. They can be transferred to the beneficiary(ies) who can choose to keep them or sell them / some of them.

This is the start of something great for us all. I'm not getting too excited just yet but it all looks very, very nice.

I hold nowhere near as many as some of our LTHs (good bloomin bless you all who got in very early) and have occasionally delivered a few cynical rants when things haven't been going our way but a little slice of lady luck will see me taking a bit of time of with the missus who, as some regulars are aware, is not in the best of health. We weren't going to go on a covid holiday but I'll be honest, if I score for a few quid from this then me and the missus (and maybe kids / step kids) will be going somewhere for Mrs Clanger to take her mind off things. Good luck all invested, including those who have waivered but stayed strong (myself included). XX

I'd just like to add that Anders' veracity being questioned is pretty embarrassing tbh. He bought in very low and now is selling, proportionally, a few to make his life better and some folks are try to use it as a deramp; really?

Bloody good luck to him, when and what he uses his money for is entirely his business. From a business perspective he knows no more than anybody (research is an entirely different story); he continues to hold absolutely loads of shares and might have been all in here. If I was in his position and wanted a house, I'd sell some for it with absolutely no question..

The brilliant thing he's done, as did Taylor, is have the decency to tell folks why. He absolutely did not need to that and given his holding and the last 3 months' SP pattern could have buggered about with the SP.

Absolutely well done to him for informing fellow holders when he's under no obligation whatsoever to do so. Him and Taylor are proper gentlemen. Good luck to both.
