I'd say it's because the only folks who have a day to day interest in this, overall, are PIs and I don't know what to make of that. I'd expect more knowledgeable and professional investors to be all over this especially after the DD announcement. I wish they would start piling in.

The market values the share at approximately 18p less than it did in early December 2020.

Or you could tell everyone you've spent your pound on loads of magic cake ingredients and tell everyone you are going to sell the ingredients separately as they are now worth loads.

You then don't tell anyone how much of the ingredients you have bought or how much you are selling them for, but ask everyone for money to buy some more magic ingredients.

Then you sit back and wonder why people don't want to put money into your magic cake ingredient business.

Hi oldspursfan. I think my response to CAW1 probably covered it, we must have been typing at the same time.

I accept 'shortly' has been used and the outcome has been favourable, perhaps I'm just reading into it a bit too much having still got burnt fingers.

I just like to question and query things, especially where AIM companies are concerned. Granted WRN was main listed but still wasn't immune to some dodgy stuff.

I saw the Lyle link and got a bit tetchy tbh, I just don't trust the guy based on Whetstone.

In answer though; getting an outfit, that makes assessments about EUA, which has nothing to do with Lyle would be far enough for me.

CAW1. It's probably something or nothing and it does appear that Lyle resigned from Whetstone a while before Biggar hopefully because he didn't want the ongoing association. However, his firm, as a principal of ACF, is ultimately responsible for its utterings. The ACF report has been held up in quite high esteem on here.

I hold EUA and haven't sold but never been a subscriber to the being a 'believer' or you're against us approach. Bit too long in the tooth for that these days.

What are your thoughts on the Zac Mir, ACF and Tim Lyle thing?

Zac Mir works for ACF, ACF is an appointed representative of City and Merchant. City and Merchant's CEO is Tim Lyle who was a director of the now, seemingly, failed Whetstone Capital venture perpetuated by the perennial business failures Allan Biggar and Aidan Earley. I'm ashamed to say I fell for the Worthington carp.

I'm not saying they have not made money, so 'failed' might be something they laugh at over a brandy and Cuban Cigar together however it is pretty reasonable and non-liable to suggest that in certain situations they have made money where others haven't.

My message to the EUA BOD is prove that you're as far away from Tim Lyle as possible or some shareholders might be a bit concerned. Get your fingers out BOD; 'shortly' was a word the Worthington BOD used about coming out of suspension and that never happened. I'm sniffing bullshine.

Personally I think a countdown, based on some spurious association with some Googled business rule, is a bit rampy? Anyway neither of them were right.

dealer55. There's perhaps no concrete evidence but form is a pretty reasonable guide. Go back to the FSP RNS, 'Dog ate my homework' RNS in January, 'non-binding offers etc' and seemingly massive change in direction with Rosgeo based on something that the company doesn't even own. Only has an option to own and we have no idea what that option will cost.

I know JORC is the new narrative on here but whatever the JORC is, the company still has to buy its option. How much will that cost?

Thanks for the reply Mooching. I can't work out from your response if it's me or Janeygirl who you think's the mug but not bothered either way; I have a weekly meltdown about my holding here. Lol.

It's bizarre that websites being down is national news but then there'll be many of us who remember printing strikes which got the same attention until we switched the telly off and walked to the pub leaving the land-line phone at home. Or in the phone box. :-)
