I remember when DD completed by the buyer was thrown in the faces of anyone daring to question the share, the BOD etc. Now, almost a year on the completion of DD and nothing coming from it is a massive red flag.

The BOD of this company is a shambles at best. A bunch of charlatans at second best.

They hide under the tablecloths during negotiations so the whole world can't hear what they're talking about, you know. They're soundproofed. SteJSteJ told me.

Is anyone on IG? Their prices don't seem to be reflecting what is posted on here. Currently 5.48 / 6.00. They'll give round about 5.98 on the bid with a dummy trade. Still don't think they'll let you buy any but I haven't tried.

While S12345 appears to be on the wind up, I've got a bad feeling that their statement will have some truth in it by the end of the week. For the inevitable, 'on what basis' question, I think the BOD's past form is sufficient basis to think it could happen.

So why doesn't the share price reflect that us shareholders own part of those assets? Or does it?

So did they specifically tell you the news would be about Artem's appointment?

I'm only curious because if they did, one would expect them to also tell you what he was being set on for?

If you knew about the appointment and what it was for how would interpret that him being brought in to 'speed up' and already elongated and drawn out asset sale as good news? Especially as previous RNSs had implied that we were beyond the point of needing any further assistance in speeding up the process.

In summary, I hold shares, wish the share price was higher than I bought them for and believe a lot of the reason for that is due to the BOD's poor communication and ambiguous RNSs.

You have a different opinion.. Fine. I don't recall me asking you to leave this message board on the back of that. I'd feel like too much of a bel end for making such a request. :-)
