CTC. Correction, Tim Lyle resigned the same time as Biggar from Whetstone. It was David Papworth who resigned from the BOD of Whetstone before those two. He, funnily enough, is on the BOD at City and Merchant with Tim Lyle. The City and Merchant link is that ACF is an appointed representative of City and Merchant.
I'm not saying there's owt dodgy going on here at EUA but I'm uncomfortable that the EUA BOD use ACF who have an association with Lyle and Papworth who were involved with Whetstone. I can't see them being brought to book for Whetstone as it wasn't even listed, shares were traded through Britdaq from memory until they pulled the plug. I'd like to see Biggar, Ware, Spurway and Earley get some time for Worthington though.
