CTC. I'm saying there was no 'market sensitive information' information need to issue the DD RNS.. According to some on here the BOD doesn't need to tell us about any bids they knock back, so why did they need to tell us that DD had been completed by a credible party which had not put in a firm offer?

My conclusion is carrot dangling.

Why did the BOD need to announce that a credible party had successfully completed DD? In the absence of any bids how is it market sensitive?

Surely with all the NDAs they've hidden behind DD would fall under that.

Seems to me they were propping up the SP with dangling carrots.

I don't expect them to name them, I'd just like to know if the credible party / buyer which successfully completed DD, and about the BOD was only too happy to issue an RNS, is still at the table in discussions. It's not that hard surely?
