Jefferies is a paid broker of Darktrace and its Partners it is in their own interest to make ridiculously high valuations.

As already mentioned not a guaranteed yet but with the lack of free float and the amount tied up in the members of DT and the likes of KKR this looks like it’s a done deal.

The main points to take from this the company was never worth £21 a share that Fred and Rose west kept ramping on here.

Just done the same SW . Had CSVG on the watch list since March and all though the CMA may cause a few problems still I think all those issues are priced in.

Might as well take some profits out of this got to speculate to accumulate.

Also keen on Rentokil if it dips back under £4.

How convenient Charles. Once again you managed to sell some shares but only realised later that the transaction didn’t go through. Even though you get an automatic confirmation at the time of the sale to confirm it.

Positive share price increase over last couple of days. Thought I would have a look on the board if there was any news for this.

Not surprised to see my two favourites the Fred and Rose West of investing spamming the board again. It seems a definite tactic by the 2 of them. Move the quality posts by the likes of Stevie, Lending, Winstanley etc further down the board by posting utter nonsense.

So there is no news behind the increase which is good.

What is more incouraging is if we take out the ridiculously high values by the DT paid Brokers Jeffries and Berenberg and the derogatory BOA valuation. It still gives us a realistic broker value average of £540 which is an 18% increase on current price.

Though I am sure there would be a lot if happpy people if it reached 8.90 especially KKR who use Jeffries as their broker.

Seems the usual suspects are getting posts removed.

Nothing changes always trying to direct the flow of the board. Still the same posts being stated as fact when it is made up nonsense.

For the record IMO it is about priced right though a good 12 months could see 20% up lift.

My only concern is the return of the Fred and Rose West of investing bombing this board wild assumptions.

They did the same in Oct 21 and hooked a few in who ended up losing a lot of money.

Ndn71 there is a difference between having freedom and having it taken away. There is also a difference between empathy and getting your rocks off because people are dying and Russia is invading which means we will make more money.
I have served my country with pride and done a few tours, seen many things and nothing surprises me anymore. jigs reminds me of an incident on a tour of Afghanistan when we entered a village in the hills. Checked the village for any hostiles and went house to house. Peace keeping mission they always call it. Came across a house with an older man assaulting a young girl she must have been 16 years of age we mistakenly thought it was his daughter until we found out it was his wife. Unfortunately nothing we could do that is the culture.
However I can imagine that would be the sort of thing jigs gets off on death and abusing young kids. He does come across as the keyboard warrior type.
