Pawlo- I have written the share off ....mentally gave up on it. I do however still hold a shade under 50k shades that i have averaged down on the last couple of years (won't sell them as i'm a glutton for punishment). I had a look behind my sofa to see if you were there as you would appear to know my portfolio. Couldn't see you but i did find a piece of old doughnut. Enough said.
Zoros -you don't know me or the other members who you think need to "grow a pair" . Get off your high horse, i like many others on here base performance on the current SP, not what it might be in 20 years time! If the continual downward spiral is part of your investment stratedgy and long term goal then you have got balls of steel. I do however wish all investors good fortune no matter what their views.
The optimism on this share incredible. My investment is a shade over 75% under . A huge blunder on my part and hopefully a lesson learned. Yes mining is a risky punt and not for orphans and widows but c'mon the share price speaks for itself.
Dress it up as much as you want SD and his merry men have done ZERO for shareholder value.
Bought some stinkers in my time but this dog takes my white flag. I've written this off. Good luck all you die hards.
SP taking a bit of a slap since results any thoughts out there?
I'm puzzled why directors not filling their boots at these levels, been a complete downward spiral since Zillah left. GLA
Finch purchasing 100k worth is good enough for me. Decent chunk, worst should be over and less face it we can't keep up with the housing shortage. GLA
I wonder if this share will ever move back to pre pandemic levels. Been languishing around this price for years now it's like watching paint dry. Given the new business gains and acquisitions, the divi etc never seem to get back to around the pre pandemic highs of around a tenner despite the business being in better shape than ever. Any other thoughts out there?
I think any pain is already priced in and overdone! Mw agree very painful atm I'm nursing a heavy loss atm but I like the company and the brands. Personally I have no issue with websites and enjoy the content. Problem with SP was the timing of Zillah's departure and the economic climate. Spielberg has big shoes to fill but I'm optimistic in a year or so time I may be heading in the right direction and showing a profit. Long term holder so patience is key but I do understand your frustration. GLA
Anyone know why the uptick? Been here many times. Would be nice to see a continuous trend. GLA
Long term hold for me. IMO institutions the way forward rather than large swathes held with directors. Only see this as a positive putting us even stronger footing for future growth. GLA
There is currently 281 vacancies across the globe for various roles on S4 website. My gut tells me that this will turn at some point in the next year. All doom and gloom news at present but when the tide turns i might even break even :-) Jc yes some director buys would provide some confidence. Very suprising they are not filling their boots at this level? GLA
Unfortunately i'm stuck in this dog and nursing a 80% loss. What puzzles me is whoose selling at these levels? Sorrel reputation in tatters but still think hes no mug and knows the industry better than most. Maybe hes had his day and i take a hit or he pulls rabbit out the hat and turns this turkey around. I'm taking the gamble he can. My only consolation is hes nursing a hell of a bigger loss than me. Will patience be rewarded.... who knows goodluck those still here.
Anyone know why the drop 2day? 🤔
Being played like a fiddle this, no material change to guidance and a nigh on 10% drop. Pretty much the same scenario on all my UK holdings no wonder the LSE is lagging behind worldwide markets just a playground for Shorters and Hedge funds.
Just read a article on Citywire. Peel Hunt have a price target of £9.30!! but we are at all time lows. US fairing a bit better real head scratcher this share. I normally ignore broker targets but on this occasion I'd be happy if they were half correct. Now my biggest holding hopefully 2024 will see true value out. GLA
They are all unreliable. Broker notes are nothing more than to serve their own agenda's. Imo
Will be very surprised not to see a few large purchases from the directors at these levels. We will see how confidence is at the senior levels? gla
Just confirms to me why rhese Broker ratings are a farce. Canaccord downgrade a massive drop, JP Morgan price target dbl the current SP and still a further drop. Complete joke.
Big volumes again today. Something afoot?
Anyone notice the sells volume today? 1m, 2m, several 100k £6.3 mil so far. Someone offloading?
