This statement is another message to confirm AMG Lithium's commitment for their German battery supply for German branded vehicles, to make Portugal one of Europe's major suppliers of LIthium and can only be good for SAV who have the largest deposits of Lithium bearing spodamene pegmatite and are partnered with AMG.

What is interesting is the Grupo Lagoa operated mine is located in Ribeira de Pena which is about 30kms south of SAV's "BLP" in Barossa, near Boticas in Northern Portugal ... so will AMG combine the lithium bearing rock produced by both mines and have it transported about 60kms to the deep water port of Port of Leixões, near Porto to be shipped to their German refineries ... or, eventually to build their own refinery in the vicinity of both mines to reduce transport costs and effect on the environment, to provide employment for local workers, with the goal of maybe their own Lithium battery making facility when both mines (and others) are in full production.

This would be good news for the Portuguese Govt. to increase trade, employment and cement Portugal as Europe's major Lithium producer.

Excellent appointments, who will strengthen the team and communications with the locals and Portuguese Govt.

Will they be incentivised by having share options awarded (instead of salary?) to get SAV over the line as a fully operational Lithium producer?

It all bodes well for an increase in the SP, as the recent stream of reports and updates has enhanced the Mcap to over £100million, long may it continue!

Portugal should now be 100% behind the project, benefitting their economy and employment of locals in all of the infrastructure to mine and distribute the Li-bearing mined spodumene.

Should read 2.41p for 149% ... not £2.41 .... it can be very confusing !

Remember, the directors options click in when the SP reaches 2.4p ... think they will be expecting it to reach that price long before 2030 for them to see a return for their salaries.

Solid report that confirms the accumulation of shares by the 2 Portuguese factions backed by the Portuguese Govt.:

".... we were pleased to see the Portuguese shareholding in Savannah grow to around 20% as domestic appreciation of the Project increased significantly, backed by ongoing support from the country's Government and other mainstream political parties." ... and as we have seen lately, the Portuguese continue to build their shareholdings.

At the last major shareholder report on 4th April 2025 their holdings were as follows:

Therefore, whichever of these so wished, they could align to surpass the 30% shareholding and make a full bid with the minority holders in control of the outcome at a price. As things are going along nicely at the moment there is no likelihood of this happening in the short term to rock the boat, but come the time when the "BLP" reaches production, it could be a different story with the likes of Rio Tinto Lithium sniffing around for a takeover ... that is when the SP will become our golden egg in a bidding war and long term holders will benefit the greatest ... roll on 2027!

· Site (Northern) access Road: Following completion of the preliminary design work on the northern access road (11km), which will directly link the Project to the new Boticas bypass road and ultimately the national highway network, consultation with the relevant government agencies and stakeholders continues, prior to the execution of the required geotechnical field work for the final design. Savannah continues its effort to expedite access to the study area in order to accelerate the commencement of fieldwork.

· Bypass Road: The Environmental Impact Assessment ('EIA') and accompanying Preliminary Design ('PD') report for the 16km bypass road will be submitted to Agência Portuguesa do Ambiente, ('APA'), the Portuguese Environmental Agency in the coming days. The bypass will join to the west with the national road R311 to subsequently link to the Project's proposed northern access road, and to the east with the A24 motorway that provides access to the Inner North Freeway, towards the main port facilities.

Submission of the EIA will be a major milestone for Savannah as this step represents the culmination of over 8 months of work by the Company's Project team and consultants, and underlines Savannah's commitment to minimising the impact of Project-related traffic on local communities. The EIA and the PD have been prepared by TPF - Consultores de Engenharia e Arquitetura, S.A., one of Portugal's leading Engineering companies and experts in the Water, Environment, Energy, Buildings and Transport sectors. The designs were developed through extensive interaction with Infrastructures of Portugal ('IP'), the entity responsible for managing road infrastructures in Portugal, and are based on IP's criteria of Design Standards. The new infrastructure, which will be made up of new and improved existing sections of road will also benefit the region and the population, by reducing the intensity of traffic on existing roads, through better distribution of flows.

Vital that the new proposed roads (11km link and new 16km bypass) plans are accepted, which will minimise disruption to local villages and eventually benefit the population in the future.

The TR-1 Holdings RNS again shows one of the 2 Portuguese factions (with Portuguese Govt. backing?) to be stakebuilding up to 9.45%.

I have computed the amount of shares bought in the past 2 weeks as 29,274,938 ... so that confirms those black-type late unknown trades for about 30m shares which have cost them around £135k.

There can't be much free float left for the MM's to play with, so is one of the other big holders (Al Marjan?) reducing their holding and taking a small profit for those they bought at around 4.0p

Expect they will hoover up any spare stock and continue to build a controlling stake in SAV for their Portuguese compatriots.

I have calculated Mr Crusefix's holdings in CPAI as to how much he has disposed of in the 2 x RNS's.

His original total holding computes to 270,500,000 shares, apparently he is a long-time holder from when the company had a different name, from records at Company House he has never been listed as a director.

After the 2 dispersals (transfers?) he now holds 144,500,000 shares (valued now at £443,500 @ 0.03p)

He has reduced his holding by 126,000,000 shares ... so have these been sold or transferred to Dr Nag (all will be revealed in a RNS TR-1)? ....

Could have been a shrewd bit of business by Mr C, knowing the appointment of Dr Nag would inflate the value of his holding whilst returning a fair amount of cash that has been sitting in the doldrums for years (when the share was 0.01p and lower).

Roll on Easter ... hope we don't all get crucified.

There should be many trying to beat the deadline of 5th April to top up (or start a new one) to reach their Share ISA £20k allowance for the year.

Can see a lot of the funds being directed to SAV as a safe investment with plenty of upside potential, especially after recent recommendations in the media (Midas).

Can only be good for existing shareholders in light of the information stream we are seeing and expecting.

Thank you Starrfox, but the Lusorecursos mining project in Montalegre is still in the prospecting and evaluation process, their prediction of mining to commence and a refinery built by 2027 looks very ambitious and unlikely to be ready by then. Now SAV has the EC stamp of approval (CRMA) and the planned way forward to reach production by 2027, I have been looking at how the mined lithium- rich spodumene (in crushed form) will be transported to either the deep water Port of Leixões (Porto de Leixões), 140km away from the Barroso Lithium Project (BLP,) for export to a lithium refinery, or the proposed Li Refinery at Estarreja (180km away) ...

By road, it would entail fleets of enormous 40 tonne plus lorries continuously travelling to and fro, every day of the week ... something that would surely enrage the locals and the environmentalists ... and rightly so.

Therefore the ideal (and only) option would be to construct a feeder spur railway line from Barosso to the existing one that currently serves the current Braga to Estarreja rail line, or again to Port Leixões, whereby up to 50 (10 tonne) open railway wagons could easily transport the ore with less impact and disruption to the environment.

This infrastructure needs to be invested and constructed now, so hopefully plans will be approved by the local authorities and put into motion at an early date before the "BLP" opens for business.

If anyone has any information on this it would be good to hear.

It was very refreshing to hear the views of Dr Ronjon Nag, he will no doubt be a very valued addition to the BOD.

To me, there seems to be parallels, CPAI with SCGL in the burgeoning AI world, still in its infancy and prospects:

Both CPAI and SCGL are main market stocks, so able to execute large trades without the limitations of AIM.

Both have sought partners to enhance their BOD, CPAI with Dr. R N and his R42 enterprises in US and SCGL with their tie up with EVOO AI to explore the APEC Far East Markets.

SCGL has funding with options and warrants attached .... CPAI will need to raise funds and tie-ins (options & warrants).

Neither are monetised at the moment, they are both building a platform to create investment and a profitable return to shareholders and directors.

So I think all those now piling into CPAI are short term investors looking for a big, quick profit on investment (day traders?) ... so comparisons with SCGL who spiked from 0.0075p to 13p and has now fallen back to around 1p is a warning for anyone jumping on the bus here ... with violent spikes many will get burnt in the short term.

Now, with the good Dr. Nag on board, there is much to look forward to with this share, but until there are products for a money- stream (income or IPO's etc.) it will be volatile and bounce between highs and lows in the sub 1p ranges ... once fully invested (remember it is a Venture Capital based business) then I will get involved in both CPAI and SCGL, meanwhile, I will leave it to the gamblers.

It has been decided, Bondalti's proposed Lithium Refinery in Esterraja, Portugal, is going ahead and construction will begin once the necessary formalities and investment decisions have been approved. The Spanish option to locate there is no longer on the table (announced 25th Feb 2025).

Good news for Savannah Resources, they are 180km away at Barosso Lithium Project, with good road links between the mine and the refinery. The plans for a proposed Lithium Refinery between Galp & Northvolt at Setubal (500km away) fell through after Northvolt's collapse last November 2024.

So SAV will now have 2 options to transport the crushed spodumene feedstock for refining, either by road to the deep water port of Leixoes (140km away) for shipment abroad or to the Esterraja refinery, a distance of 180km ... things are working out well.

Was it just a coincidence that Steve O'Hara exercised his options for 6,099,135 shares on 17th December 2024 at 16p per share, knowing what has been posted in the recent Corporate Update RNS and the new deals in the pipeline ... they are showing a healthy profit already.

I don't mind him getting rewarded for his efforts, so long as I (and other shareholders) can have a bit of the pie as well.

At last an RNS we can be proud of .... everything is going to plan and even exceeding it.

Increasing order books, disposal of stock overhang from Covid period, margins on profitable products increasing, plenty of interest in new products coming online .... money in the bank, no need for funding (hopefully) ... 2025 could be the biggest and best so far.

If this doesn't propel OPTI to the top of the risers board today, nothing will.

So we are well placed for any future deals with Rio Tinto Lithium having Mr Rick Anthon as our chairman, it could not be better ... Our founder and CEO, the late David Archer, would be giving his blessing had he lived to see how his baby, Savannah Resources, is en route to achieving his ambitions.

I have just looked through the recorded trades from Monday to Friday last week ... one thing stands out, the numerous large sells at 4.31p that total 4,182,283 shares for £180.28k (there could be more amounting to 317,717 shares at 4.30p in smaller trades) ... in total it appears 4,500,000 shares were sold.

Against this, there were 4,500,000 shares bought (recorded in black as "unknown") in 4 large trades (not counting the cancelled trade) for £198k.

So is someone transferring part of their holding to another party? ...

I cannot see this share moving up significantly until an income stream is established, they face a lot of competition, but with the right people and strong brands there is a future.

No wonder the directors of MFAI were keen to get the share options instead of salary ratified at the recent AGM, knowing what was on the immediate horizon. The striking price of the first tranche is 2.4p and that now looks easily obtainable in the short term with further disposals and IPO's (in USA) in the pipeline. ... They are building a war chest as Venture Capitalists in the right sector at the right time for future investment in what may be minnow companies now, but with a huge upside. ...
