Only a few shares traded (shown as sells), but this drop could be market makers trying to scare a few into selling for them to mop up for a big trade?

Looks like Friday 20th December or Monday 23rd when the 30 days due diligence for the loan facility will be completed ... "The Company (the "Lender") has entered a Conditional Convertible Loan Note Agreement ("CLN") with EVOO AI plc. Under the terms of the CLN, the Company has 30-days to finalise due diligence, and any approvals required to proceed."

So could be an early Xmas present if all goes to plan.

Interesting to see the terms to the provider for the loan, in 2 tranches, one after 30 days for £200k and the £100k balance after 60 days ... so would be around March 2025 when all paid.

" Structural Fee: In consideration of the Loan Notes, the Lender shall receive 1,000,000 Share Purchase Warrants with an exercise price of €0.06 per share and a life to expiry of 5 (five) years from the date of grant. Should the Company complete an Initial Public Offering (IPO) at a price lower than €0.06 per share, the exercise price of the Share Purchase Warrants shall be adjusted to match the IPO price per share."

Evoo AI also launch their "Olive" platform to target high-spending/wealthy potential customers guided by "influencers", who have a lot of powerful influence in Asia's acquisitive young who try to keep up with their counterparts in the West.

As I said before, once the due diligence is completed and the terms of contract have been agreed, it is inevitable that SCGL will be renamed and all of the EVOO AI board members incorporated into the new company using SCGL's main market share listing as the vehicle to take them forward at record pace in the ever changing world of AI.

That means it has gone up from July 2024 at 0.075p to around 2.5p today, an incredible rise of 3,333% … the low mcap showed the company total worth at £543,682 … now the mcap (at 2.5p) values it at £18,122,750 … I can see the former Chairman/CEO taking his original £900,000 investment back (or converting it into shares at a discount price to the market for his generosity) and letting the share price dictate a fund raise of £5m to tide them over and the company galloping on as one of the leaders in AI technology in Asia.

What is significant are the number of undisclosed big trades that do not appear until the next day or later under "Unknown" …. this usually happens when share brokers hide their transactions to keep the trades secret until they are forced to disclose them on settlement … it is usually the striking price (high=bought, low=sell) that gives the actual traded price.

Is the Indian guy trying a pump and dump strategy ... buyer beware snake oil salesmen.

The recent RNS was a game changer, SCGL with its full stock market listing has been siting waiting for a predator to come and snap them up or jump into bed with them, the latter has shown that there is a considerable advantage in the burgeoning AI marketplace and SCGL fits the bill nicely with their years of cultivated experience in the luxury goods Asian markets (with above average profit margins) and links to all of China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, Japan and the Asian Continent to target the wealthy with goods they are familiar with in Europe and USA, they are brand conscience buyers and seek quality goods that have become easier to obtain, at competitive prices on the Internet and E-Markets.

This new collaboration with an experienced AI company is ideal to progress this further, the whole sales and marketing concept is still in its infancy, especially in the acquisitive Far East, there are many more opportunities for SCGL to advance their prospects and gain financially in the process.

Those who are day-trading this stock will undoubtedly make money, but it will be peanuts against what is to come for long term holders who got in early.

Today's RNS confirms that the recent tie up with AMG has worked out perfectly with the German Govt underwriting the €270m loan facility to progress the Portuguese mining project, without them I don't think it would have happened and on such favourable terms. Their track record in mining start-ups must have been a major factor to gain the confidence of the underwriters.

Clears the decks for a major push in early 2025 and get SAV to £100m+ mcap to attract the Institutions that should propel the SP skywards, with all the money sitting in holding funds ready to beat the tax deadlines.. .... It has been a long and frustrating wait, but I am more confident now that my holdings will provide a decent return after all these years of false dawns and disappointments.

Seems like I called it right in my removed post "Ripe For A Preditor" post (30th September 2024) ... perhaps it was too close to the truth and considered to be breaching the goings on in the background that they wanted to keep a lid on.

As I said at that time, the big asset of this company is to have a full stock market listing and that seems to have been the carrot that attracted the new team and the promising new direction of the company using its considerable knowledge and position in the Asian e-market. "EVOO AI" looks to be an ideal partner to further progress the expansion of the company in the world of AI, which is still in its infancy.

There was no mention in the RNS of the considerable investment made by the now former Chairman & CEO, Chung Lam Nelson Law (last estimate around £900k), I expect he will maintain his stake in the company and as the new CEO is his daughter (see one of her names is "Suet", a nice little pudding?") she will keep the family interest going in good hands.

I would expect a new name to be announced for the company along with new branding to maximize the profile and impact of their expectations.

Now, onwards and upwards ....

After falling back and taking a nap, it has suddenly woke up again with some big buys ... 7.8m shares in one hit and over £15k invested so far today.

Is this a false dawn again? ... or is it the real deal this time around?

Hope we can get some factual, valuable and worthwhile input and not the silly bickering and points scoring.

Maybe there is some big news brewing in China on the WeChat front and this is reflected in the recent rise of the SP.

31,000,000 shares for £46,500 = 0.15p per share ... so double what it was a week ago before the rise (& the ramping) ..

So was this their intention?

To date, they always issue shares to pay for consultancy and accountants fees.

Yes Peter, I have been in and out of this for about the same time, remember it being ramped up to around 7p (from 3p) with promises of 50p or more, then it dropped like a stone.

This is the sort of share that the likes of Joe Lewis play around with, has his fingerprints all over it for the reasons I stated earlier.

This has been a "sleeper" for the past 2 years since Covid and other trials and tribulations in China and the Far East.

Now there are signs of a genuine recovery, with companies looking to consolidate and build from a low platform, it presents opportunities for those willing to take the chance to join the markets on the cheap.

With SCGL having a Full Listing on LSE, there is a golden opportunity for a shrewd business to do a RTO (reverse takeover) or launch a full bid to become more or less instantly quoted using SCGL's listing. .... This has a greater value than you might think, the cost of a full listing with all its implications and charges are quite considerable, so could it be there is a preditor lurking to snap this up cheaply (for low £millions) and its advantages as being established on the on-line E-sales sites and social media links to WeChat etc. and get an instant platform in the Far East lucrative shopping markets with a full UK LSE listing.

Remember, the Chairman & CEO has over $1million of his own money invested in this Cayman Islands registered company, word may have spread to get in early before any announcements are made.

At last some serious buying, news must be coming ... about time ... big spread though (37.5%+)

Looks a shrewd appointment. Brings all his experience of getting their lithium mine in Brazil up and running, repeat of that will serve SAV well, he looks well able to placate the locals and get them onside (no doubt with a few greased palms).

Repeated again today ... it says down 0.40p at 3.70 ... but that is the same price as it closed at yesterday and opened today. .... very, very misleading.... WHY??

LSE say it closed at 3.70p up 0.40p (10.8%) from 3.30p low .... it never was 3.30p, it closed on Friday at 3.70p and opened at the same, it touched 4.10p at one point today but dropped back to 3.70p 9(with a 5.566% spread 3.60 / 3.80).

So with the RNS it stayed the same 3.70p. for most of the day and closed on par.

This is one of the most misleading share reporting sites, with sells shown as buys and visa versa ... never trust it one inch, always do a bit of cross-referencing to get the true picture.
