CGH1984 .... Could it be the 2 x Portuguese factions manipulating the shares for their own benefit and using others to keep them under the 29% combined threshhold ?

Anyone thinking of buying into this with a near 25% spread needs treatment ... means you need a 25% rise in SP to cover your investment.

Please take heed from a few experienced investors and traders on here who agree caution is needed, don't follow those with no investment strategy or knowledge.

Note the unusal 19 trades today (27th Jan) at 14:13:53pm ... buys at 5.40 and sells at 5:20 ... all small parcels .... followed later by the late reported "black type" transactions for what looks to be sustantial buys. .... someone either building a stake or adding to an existing position?

Why no mention of their collaboration with EVOO and the rollout of the promised ONION platform? ... has this been dumped?

Smells of rotten onions to me.

Looks like 5.50 is the resistance level for the "ask" at the moment until there is some pleasing news ... then the herd will pile in and we should see 5.95 as the next stalling point until major announcements are made for easments & DFS etc ... that is when the fun will start.

Hope they take my hint and rename the partnership "LENNAP" ... remember you heard it here first!

LENNAP can be transformatonal for all involved in this marriage, in the right sector, in the right area where Saudi's are not sitting on their hands and are being pro-active to diversify from their diminishing oil reserves demand.

MFAI and Sure Ventures partnership should benefit immensely from this collaboration to secure future prospects for all involved and see increased Mcap & SP's from their portfolios.

The usual late posted "Black Type" trades in the past couple of trading days suggests something in the offing before the end of the month.

Steve, I am in Jan Les Pins, I fully use my Brexit allowance (180 days) every year since the change .... there are very good value restaurants in Golfe Juan, Juan Les Pins and Antibes.

Good French bistro used by locals is Le Brabent (JLP 22,90€ for 3 course lunch) ... La Pergola (Antibes) run by my friend Thierry with his faithful beagle dog, "Larry" ... plat de jour from 12.90€ to 22.00€, lunchtime only .... Pédagogique Le Mesclun de Mouans-Sartoux ... fantastic value for top class restaurant food (3 courses €20, good quality Cote de Provence Rose €20 per bottle) served by students under supervision ... lunchtimes only, essential to book from 12:00 weekdays. ... I can eat better and cheaper here than in Brighton, England.

Sailor, my posts are not words of regret, far from it ... just a warning ... "A fool and his money are easily parted", especially when investing in a share like SCGL with encouragement from "no marks" who haven't a clue.

For your information, I consider "risk to reward" before I invest in anything and from what has transpired I haven't missed any boats.

Sealand provided me with a handsome profit that has been invested elsewhere and it has multiplied several times over, but it is not the best performer I have ever been involved in .... those that have been good to me have given me a wonderful life on the French Riviera, not far from Monaco, where I live for part of the year.

I made my comments about the Sealand Capital Galaxy Ltd website that is woefully behind what has happened and is happening ... even the directors section on here is completely out of date and misleading. .... It seems that they badly need a "Communications Director" to update all aspects of this share, before I, or anyone else of a right mind, would consider investing in again.

Thought I would pay a visit to their official website to see what is going on .... and what a disappointment it was:

Their latest news update was 20th January 2025 when Dr Thomas Sawyer was appointed as CEO ... that is now over a year ago and their media section posts are no better.

So how can anyone take this company seriously when they treat their investors like this?

I am not trying to deramp this share, I just want to show how dangerous it is to invest in a company like SCGL who show no regard for their faithful investors.

My view is that any encouraging news will soon be followed by a cash call and further dilution of the SP (no matter what they have in reserve), the 2 new appointments to the board will surely be given decent share distributions that will impact the share structure of SCGL ... I am sorry if this upsets some on here, but it must be taken into account if you consider throwing your money at this share, on what amounts to be speculative announcements from those who are seriously underwater to get the SP to rise again.

I genuinely want all investors to profit from their support of SCGL ... but please, please be careful.

Wolster, we already have "outsiders" as you call them on board ... AL Marjan Ltd 284,905,446 shares for 11.07%, the 2nd highest stake in SAV, these Omani's have been involved for many years since the late David Archer invited them aboard ... they can see the promise to their investment!

The recent top level delegation by Portuguese Ministers to Saudi Arabia was to court them and encourage investment in Portugal, with Lithium mining and battery production probably top of the agenda. With Saudi oil production revenues in decline because of the burgeoning electric vehicle future, they are keen to diversify their vast accumulated wealth and to get footholds in safe countries like Portugal.

This will benefit SAV now there is official investment from the Portuguese, so do not be surprised to see Saudi money getting involved in aligned projects, with possible JV's in processing plants and battery making facilities.

Sailor, I never missed the boat, I just keep aware of what is happening with this share ... it has been manipulated in the past by pumpers and dumpers.

With its full listing on the LSE (not AIM) it has always been seen to be a possible vehicle for a company to make a bid to a fast track to listing, that was my view when EVOO first got involved and what attracted me to buying in at the ground floor levels.

SCGL were being sidelined by the Chinese Authorities in the Hong Kong e-commerce markets and tensions in Taiwan ... the new influx of money and opportunities in the Asian luxury goods market, provided by the EVOO joint venture, have so far not been realised with the launch of their Onion e-commerce platform. My warning is to be very aware until we see actual sign ups and turnover to produce potential profits ... when this happens I may get involved again ... currently it is too dangerous and speculative..

Crober 33, big flaw in your argument ... SCGL is listed on the full market, not AIM.

In 2025 it was a star performer in the P&D returns. ... I was in early and showing a big loss because of its listing, (that drew me to it), but that soon turned to profit when the herd arrived and propelled it into the star "share of the decade" ... I then took a huge profit and prophesied a return to the doldrums because it hadn't shown any profits or increased prospects of getting the EVOO platform off of the ground .... that still remains the same, nothing significant has changed.

False dawns came and went with new members voted onto the board, they had track records to take it to another level .... but it hasn't happened.

I will only invest here again when they are actually turning over luxury merchandise, at sustainable profits ... NOT because the P&D merchants encourage investors to feather their nests on false promises.

With €110 million grant from Portugal & €160 million already ratified from AMG Minerals, the current Mcap is around €140 million for the company at today's SP, so nearly double that with the total backing now firmly in place ... should encourage the Institutions to get involved and push the SP up.

SP now over 5p ... expect a further push up to 7.5p+ with more good news ... heavy buying in the last few days pre-empted this official announcement, with local Portuguese no doubt increasing their stakes on Govt. support.

Portugal set to be the "Battery Capital" of Europe and a mammoth boost to their economy.

If anything, today's RNS, should once and for all, put to bed any more challenges from the locals and give SAV breathing space to concentrate on getting the mine under construction and the infrastructure finished, todays announcement shows they have the Portuguese Government firmly behind them.

It wouldn't surprise me to see that the current, significant "Portuguese Investors" haven't taken advantage of the news and significantly increased their stakes, indicated by the late posting of 1m plus shares buys, with others likely to follow .... all bodes well for the next couple of months. .... Happy days?

US markets will open in 1 hours time (02:30GMT), so I expect a flood of interest from American investors looking for a safe haven for their cash (with what is going on in the World at the moment). Portugal & Lithium are considered safe long term investments, SAV ticks the boxes for both.

What I posted up on here on Tuesday ... so they knew something was in the offing and MM's were desperate to acquire stock before the news (today's RNS) hit the market.

Expect it will transpire that a few insiders have filled their boots!

I need it to go to around 6p to break even and will hang on in there for the mega rises to come.
