First impressions of todays update RNS seemed to me it was a bit benign. This has been reflected in the markets, with sells outnumbering buys at today's prices. It doesn't seem to give an impetus to buy in at current prices while positive news is still to be announced.

To offset future legal challenges, once and for all, there may be some concessions made to the genuine protesters when the final decisions are announced shortly. Many ambulance chasing lawyers are circling every day around SAV to see if they can score a deal for those with a grievance against the BLP mine, but with ever increasing benefits, like the proposed new road, which will be welcomed by the locals and the promised enhanced medical facilities, they are gradually being side-lined and their protests abated.

Meanwhile we are treading water, with possible big investors waiting until it goes sub 6p for the bid as a value investment.

Apparently, there have recently been unreported supressed acts of vandalism and attempted sabotage at the Boticas "BLP" site which has called for Savannah Resources to upgrade its security. Like in most protests, it attracts others from outside of the community who are hell bent on causing damage and havoc, they are not affected by the lithium mine project themselves, but see it as an opportunity to rally against the Portuguese Govt.

Hopefully, all will be resolved quickly in favour of SAV in the courts and the project is back on track, as planned.

Today's bombshell news that The Rt. Hon. John Healy, The Defence Secretary, has resigned from his post, is another nail in PM Starmer's coffin. .... He says he is not satisfied with the meagre budget he has been allocated to keep the country safe from all of the emerging threats. ... Perhaps this will kick-start a Defence spending revue that will benefit MFAI invested companies to our benefit.

The 20% spread is still deterring me from topping up ... end of the week should see some profit taking and the margin may reduce with more stock available.

The funding will come with conditions, like take-off deals ... there has been too much commitment by AMG & Portugal for this to go tits-up now.

I still expect the locals to try and make their positions stronger for compensation and reparation, but with some give and take, they will be placated.

Oscar ... I am comparing the companies on their current Mcap .... Savannah is nearly 4 times bigger in value and size than Zinnwald, with greater potential ...therefore, any bid for it at a basement price (say 30p per share) would command a greater premium.

But, as others have said, I don't think the Portuguese would allow the same to happen to SAV., AMG (being German/Dutch)have an allegiance to Zinnwald with support from the German Govt., whereas SAV have already put into place major Portuguese shareholders to protect their corner and are happy to work with AMG as partners, but not to eventually be the target of a reverse takeover or buyout. .... The future funding is also secure, the fun and games will start once the lithium is coming out of the ground, that is when the predators will start to circle ... which can only be of advantage to us shareholders to benefit from.

SAV making sure all the balls are lining up to keep the "BLP" on track for the anticipated 2028 production target. ... Better to have the right people, who know the Portuguese system, on board to ensure a seamless ride to a working lithium mine.

Good that our CEO is keeping us informed and any minor blips are quickly eradicated.

The news about AMG Critical Minerals trying to take control of Zinnwald Lithium in Germany also makes sense, with their initial offer of 10p per share and subsequent royalty payments to existing shareholders values the company to around £50m .... so with their secured involvement in SAV, currently hovering around the £180m mcap at 7.0p per share, an equivalent offer would mean around 30p per share with the same premium ... but we have much, much, more going for us to expect in excess of 50p per share, if everything goes to plan.

What you are missing is the Yanks might be selling their holdings of other shares on the Dow Jones when it opens, to fund purchases of SAV on the UK exchange, that are likely to give a better return on investment.

Following yesterday's correction, it has started strong again with plenty of demand, with 8.0p being the resistance level, with optimism continuing.

Looks like the MM's have dropped the "bid" to 7.20 to snare any shares in "stop-loss" contracts.... ready to resell them at 7.50p and above ... all will be revealed later when the after-hours deals are posted up.

Why hasn't LSE indicated there is an RNS today?

Al Margan looks to have sold 6.5m shares for around £500k, or they have done a deal to transfer them to the Portuguese? .... £500k to them is peanuts.

Think the SP will rise after 2:30pm when the Yanks get involved ... seems to have happened all of last week.

7.10p now being paid ... once the bid is above 7.0p this will motor on up to the next resistance level of 7.8p or higher ... plenty queuing up to buy and MM's short of stock.

Nice steady rise this week ... hope it continues.

Can only advise "hold" while the spread is so large. ... MM's have created a no-go area for new share investors, who are they protecting?

Corruption .... within Government and Portuguese business is endemic in Portugal ... there have been regular occurrences over the years gone by, so no surprise to see some possible "jiggery pokerry" having taken place ... it goes with the territory.

That we (us shareholders) have benefited indirectly is a bonus and is propelling the SP higher by the day.

Have to live in hope that this "house of cards" will not come tumbling down on revelations in the future, to spoil the party.

Why the daily turnover of shares went ballistic, and rose from 4.7p to today's 6.8p+

RTZ paid $9.5m cash when they bought out SAV's interest in their JV in Mozambique in December 2021, this was used to finance the "BLP" in Portugal.

Since then, there have been many speculations as to the eventual worth of BLP and the likely bidding wars for when it is up and running and producing lithium spodumene. Various commentators (not analysts) have proffered what the mine, with its extensions and upgrades, would command as a takeover, buyout or joint venture based on current figures .... these far exceed the conservative estimates of between 13.5p and 18p. With the ongoing increasing demand and shortage of supply of high grade Lithium, its rising price is an indicator of what might be to come with considerable rerates for those producing and refining it.

It looks a win/win situation now that most, if not all of the objectors have been placated. With undue hinderance the project should now advance at pace and the generous bonus share options should ensure the officers and directors of SAV will be eager to reach and maybe exceed their targets.

Next month, I will have been invested in SAV for 12 years, following a presentation by the late David Archer. In that time I have seen many false dawns with Mozambique and Oman with always the promise of jam tomorrow, that invariably never comes to fruition. But, for whatever reason, I have never lost faith in SAV to eventually come out on top. Thanks to the vision of the late DA and the tireless work of Dale Ferguson, who stepped down from the BOD last year after completing his mission to find and establish a lithium bearing mine, the future should now be secure.

As with the previous ventures by SAV, Rio Tinto is always in the background ready to strike once a prospect appears viable and profitable. I can see the same happening with the BLP, but this time they will have competition from other large mining companies and corporations, who are looking to seize on a potential "Gold Mine" which the Portuguese prospect guarantees, once up and running and in production. ... This can only benefit shareholders, with the past 17p SP looking very low. We now have targets of 50p to £1 being talked of, very nice to those who have accumulated stock or have been awarded generous incentives with share options based on productivity and company value, no doubt they will be incentivised to reach their goal.

Onwards and upwards .... (after today's profit taking on the week).

Remember it is Sure Valley Ventures who has made the seed investment in ManaMind, not MFAI directly. .... We only have a share in SVV, so it is not with our money. The $1.5m investment is shared with other Venture Capitalists in (USA), but we are not told of the % and SVV 3's exposure.

The gaming AI market is very overcrowded and competitive, but with the right product, in the right place, at the right price and at the right time it could prove lucrative in the passage of time.

Same again today ... so far, reported trades (mainly buys) amount to over £250k worth for 5m shares ... will be interesting to see where they emanate from ... no doubt, all will be revealed in a forthcoming TR-1 RNS disclosure.

Lithium prices continue to strengthen, with ever increasing demand that outstrips supply ... this underwrites the investments being made in the mining sector, with SAV at the forefront for Europe.

Portugal's Government must see this and be pro-active to propel all the Lithium related companies to achieve infrastructure and production without undue hinderance, as a matter of importance, to benefit their citizens and their economy. It would be nice to see some of the deadlines, previously announced, brought forward to reflect the support of the Portuguese Govt. and their agencies.

Huge turnover in SAV shares today (compared to a normal Tuesday) ... could be major shareholders swapping stock at favourable dealing rates?

Have to be careful of "nominee" buyers acting for a 3rd party, as yet undisclosed, to mount a future t/o or buyout.

Getting close to my break-even of 5.70p ... but not selling while all the prospects of a bumper offer maybe in the near future.

99% certain it will be the Portuguese building their stake after consolidating their future takeover vehicle.

Better them than a disguised nominee Chinese outfit looking for future mining supply of lithium spodumene for their processing plant venture in Portugal.
