Agree re FCC being washed through. Our TA reckons they have less than 5% unused on Carnival Group cruises and they expect some of that will not be taken up as folks have passed or are not fit to travel. K

The China Covid change is not necessarily good news. Their cases are very high and uptake of vaccine very low in older age groups. Additionally the locally produced vaccine in ineffective against Omricon and Xi won't allow Western vaccines I to the country. It could become a lot worse. K

Bhants, we crossed the Equator on another cruise. Celebrated with silly games, first timers had to kiss a fish. Ended up with the pool being drained because of contamination on the hottest day of the trip.

No we fly Virgin on 11/3 to Antigua, 2 weeks Caribbean then Transatlantic. Arvia naming on 16/3 which a bit odd as we are at Sea. Lol K

Topo, They are offering UK, Norway, Iceland cruises instead. £100 pp extra OBC if booked before Xmas. No good to me, I wanted Helsinki and Stockholm to see old friends, a bit miffed but still have 22 nights on Arvia including invitation to naming ceremony in Barbados. K
