Free, I lalso noticed the "may not get to 100 bopd without niko" which makes me wonder if MP would be good enough to do a reverse calc?

My inference from the above being that With niko, we would definitlely hit 1000 bopd by Xmas, but I dont recall the forecast output for niko. Surely if we have that, then we can estimate current output using the "1000-niko output" formula?

If nothing else, it could serve as a useful cross check for MP's numbers?

They suspended for an RTO, which may mean slightly different rules apply...

It was the Steinpries' early involvement that enticed me, too. Like you, I dont believe they will let it fail easily.

My concern was more about whether they, as larger holders, could get beneficial terms of aome sort for their stake following a delisting, while leaving us lowly PIs out in the cold...

I am assuming that a delisting would mean taking the Co into private hands again, but this may be something slightly different?

...Surely can't be the seller, as they would have had to notifiy a holdings reduction by now? As long as they hold fast, I'll hang on. KOD was goood to me in the run-up to their selling out, and better afterwards. I see no reason not to see the same pattern here given the current team. ATB
