You don't know any more than I do about LTs meeting with AM, so to suggest that he has been overly compliant and allowed timescales to pass unchecked is, in my view, at best unwarranted, at worst deliberately misleading.

I interpeted his subsequent posts positively, in that he was given information with which to make a (short term) review of his previous timelines and is now "very happy" to wait until the AGM.

Never met the bloke, but I feel he is a balanced, level and honourable individual who is also arguably a small PIs best link so a silent BOD.

Revised deadline therefore around Jan 24th, but hoping for news sooner.

1/2 day doesnt seem very long unless either he is rolling over, or it needs rescheduling for a full hearing...but if he's rolling over, it wouldnt need to go to chambers?
