So the court has granted an injunction based on our information. Hope/outrider now appeal against it as a next step, and it takes a considerable time to go through the courts? Dont see this delaying any deals, though

Super Major (x2) walks away....price drops 80% for a few weeks before ppl realise that actually, 1000bopd ain't that bad, and there are other "lesser" majors who might well be a better fit once the info is in the public domain.

God, I hope not, but like the gold explorer (whose sp is currently about half of its peak) there are more projects to work on, and in FRR's case, those would at least be funded by the 1000bopd income.

Agree there CF, but the train loads are not necessarily linked to the auction volumes..

So as long as the frequency/size of the trains keeps increasing, we're on a winner

So all of this speculation re:auction oil is likely redundant? Shame ....

Looking at the auction details, the light oil is stored (ready for collection by the buyer) at two different depots, suggestive of at least two suppliers.

Unfortunately, they are both East of Tblisi, on the same railway line, and only about 20km apart, so its not obvious which our supply would go to (to me, anyway).

Also have no indication as to whether its a storage limitation per site that requires the two, nor does is say how much is held at each depot, but if there were a way to find out....?

Exactly why I'm conviced we only supply a percentage of the total.

Looking at your OPEC link, the top line when read left to right indicates 1metric tonne = 7.33 barrels, or 1.1xxx Cum, so I think you may have read it the wrong way round?

Also as a sanity check, 1 cubic metre of water = 1MTonne, and a barrel is nowhere near a cubic metre, so 7 barrels per CuM makes more sense that way too.

Maybe the total offered for Auction by GOGC is from several suppliers, of which we are just one?

..... Unless Zaza was being coy about hitting 1000bopd by YE, which I somehow doubt...;-)

slight mathematical prob with the 6/64 to 8/64 i think... area (x-section) is pi x r squared, so 3.14 x 9/64 vs 3.14. x 16/64 is actually almost double. Your fluid dynamics re friction on the walls is correct from ehat i recall of my edumacashun, but I dont think it has a significant effect.

Not sure whether that changes any of your cals significantly, but thanks for putting all that effort in.
