GGP are not big enough to take over Artemis IMO. More likely a takeover of Artemis and GGP thus swallowing up the whole area. This looks very interesting and could explain the silence from GH..

I find the lack of communication on any of the projects interesting especially as GH was a prolific communicator last year. It would suggest to me that Hav results are extremely good as expected and discussions are focussing on how they are developed prior to an announcement. We know the mineralisation as seen was similar to the announced cores so there is every possibility that the data will be similar when announced. I'm sure he and the Directors will be in discussions with bigger if not major companies about the way forward. It wouldn't surprise me to have a RNS stating a NDA requesting deeper drilling especially on HAD 006 where mineralisation continued at end of hole.

I think you lose the tax advantage in an ISA as they become ordinary trading shares. Perhaps someone could clarify this.

No point in panicking yet..court case result unknown and 10 days yet to appoint NOMAD. I'm sure Zaza will have had talks with likely NOMAD possibly put forward by BP or BH. (He has millions $ tied up here. This is a standard procedure warning by banks. It's a shame the court case and NOMAD resignation came at the same time but the two issues are clearly linked.

TH....agree SS is keeping this low key until PP is gained. Last thing he wants is to have to admit to is 20 + tankers a day coming out onto small country roads around HH.

Good news HH is commercial and will now be set up for a permanent producing well. All finance in place for 2 more wells to be drilled this year. Confirms one continuous oil lake which bodes well for further sites to be drilled. IOW to look forward to which has already been drilled and oil found....need now to ascertain how much. All looking good IMO.

Prim, I am sure, have been updated to the results and invested accordingly. There is a link between Alistair Clayton, David Lenigas and Gervais Heddle so Prim are in the know in my opinion. This is just supposition on my part but Gervais will know the results by now and will be looking for investments hence Prim's large investment on the nod and the wink. A major will take more time over due diligence and will not JV or TO on a nod and a wink. I can well imagine the results are being held back until talks have been finalised.

Spike..if there was no objection from FRR council to the request for an extension then the judge can allow one. Is the court transcript available to read.? We may find there is council agreement to further discussions pending an OOCS which the judge will not necessarily be party to. All 'in court' strategy to resolve a situation which could be very expensive for one or other party.

The decks are being cleared for 2019. I doubt Zaza 's legal team expected an extension to FRRs court case but Hope desperately needed it. I expect that Zaza was hoping to give us all that Xmas present and news of the major today but the extension has scuppered that. Cairns has resigned rather be embarrassed by having their contract terminated.

Contra....I agree there is and was for some time a conflict of interest. Cairns are aware of this and have done the right thing by resigning to avoid them being taken to court or besmirching their name. I am sure a new Nomad acceptable to or put forward by BH or the new finance company or indeed the unknown major will be announced in due course.

If Cairns was also advising Hope et Al then this may be an agreement with Zaza to clear the decks for 2019.

I don't see we need to worry either way. We trade with the rest of the world already and I don't think the Germans will want to make their cars more expensive or the French won't want to sell their wine or cheese to us. There mat be some inconvenience to transport and for holidaymakers for a year or two but another system will be established to benefit all.
I do think we were given a load of misinformation by politicians and newspapers about the benefits of leaving. We should never forget it was our idea or at least Churchill's to have a United States of Europe to avoid conflict in Europe again....which it has! Time to move on!

Will be frightening those who bought shares for a profit before Christmas. Many will need the money over the next week or two. The shareprice is rediculously low given what we know already and could re-rate very quickly on a positive RNS. SS is trying to build a business not running a horse in a 10 minute race! If K3&4 are commercial then we have the start of a promising oil business and I am not surprised SS is buying greater %'s of the Weald/IOW. The fact he is makes me feel quite confident that K3&4 is commercial and the flow rates will be replicated elsewhere.

perhaps Thombola's right. I remember working in my first job being given the challenge of tracing which companies were owned by who to try and establish the parent company of a company were were interested in buying. 20 + companies into my research my CEO said to me. " You will learn eventually that every company in the world is eventually owned by a wizzened old man sitting in his castle in Switzerland stoking a white cat on his lap"!
