January not June !

So we are almost 12 months from the Bod sign the first of three collab deals... latest being June 2020 with Chinese Co. is this the first deal that most here are expecting? I am that way inclined especially as there is interest competition and multi-national interest. Hoping to hear on this soon, before December I feel. Let’s all just be optimistic.. it’s so much easier then ;-) GLA

Shame the SP didn't really kick on today going into the weekend, was hoping for a run at 10p+ to close out the week but never mind. Lots of thoughts and opinions as ever and looking forward to the next 3-4 months with the hope of a steady rise towards 25-30p as anticipation mounts for trials and news flow. Thanks for the research and informed discussions here this last week.

versus the realism of actual TO offers feel will be a little bit off I fell, unless there are multiple interested parties and an auction. Full disclosure... no where near a beginner never-mind expert on valuations for potential TO, but I just don't see a big Pharma 'over-paying' unless they are beating off others. If and it's still a decently big if there is a TO approach I really don't expect it to be over 10p and would expect a 5-10p range. This still certainly isn't to be sniffed at obviously, but I'm just cautious of the higher numbers being referenced - but again not saying theat they couldn't be achieved if everything aligns also. Anyway, hoping to be in the 1-3p range by year end for a start if news flows. GLA

..however I feel it is a good time for SAR to just push their COVID possibilities again with the recent fails and the possibility for something different to be researched and progressed...so a PR pump would be good....but on normal form I don't really expect it from the BOD unless they are really reaching for some funding. Maybe the fact that they are not being overly vocal is an indicator that there are interested parties and discussions already in the works ... this things just seem to take more than the average time here than elsewhere!! Anyway....WTFDIK and GLA

Have you looked at Sareum SAR at all? I am in there and have been a loooong while. Recent spate of larger buys, and some promising candidates all but ready for licence and certain patented discovery platforms. Some collaborations in progress in China and also with CRUK. Under 1p currently, could multi bag as all small bios....but that is Aim of course. GL

Yeah disappointing to see such a dip in the SP, especially as it would appear sold/bought volumes very similar.

Anyway, still optimistic fro news this week or early next as there has simply been too much going on here the last week.

A lot of buying going on here, and even the trades marked as sells could actually just be existing broker holdings transferring to a 'new' single II. Optimistically looking for an RNS soon to confirm what is really happening. Been along time coming and getting to this potentially massive commercialisation stage, but may well be very worth it indeed. GLA

Looking for this to gently roll up to 10p this week on sentiment regards the funding issue being resolved and a potential COVID funding announcement.
Pretty confident the OO is going to be well oversubscribed by existing shareholders and don't think there will be any down tick on SP because of the OO price when the new shares are placed onto market.
Should a COVID funding/collaboration RNS come, this could well jump 200-300% in no time and possibly over 50p mark short term at least before settling again for the next news. Hoping for a new base line around 30p if that does happen as there is much more at play here also.

GLA for a steady rise in the short term dependent on news flow and data released. There is also still the potential for a full TO by a major of course - Price of that -- who knows hey!?

Yes... hoping for another 10-20% today and then again Friday , ready for an important RNS on Monday!

Dillution of everyone’s existing holding has occurred ... fact!

A take over offer or the companies value is now divided across more shares than previously... that is dilution.

Whether the result of this fund raise ultimately allows the BOD to obtain a higher Potential take over Deal or company worth is as yet unknown. We may end up with more value per share than previously possible, but that doesn’t mean the basic fact of dilution has not occurred.

It’s really that straight forward.... now let’s get back to relevant discussion and day dreaming valuations please.

and I have my negative hat on right now, but this is turning into a bit of a shower in terms of SCLP not providing a confident and committed development time line and all round general pipeline update following the recent publication RNS.

IMO if SCLP need to raise again for any reason then it is further evidence that the board are simply awful at the commercial value realising side of things.

With what we hope or think we have here, there is no way that there arent interested parties and offers for partnering or take over should have surely been seen.

When is the COVID trial going to get funding... seems to have been significantly missed so far by Gov or Pharma interests and funding.

Hoping that this side show (although a warranted path) doesn’t seriously distract and effect the existing pipelines.

Hoping that this rises to over 1p and possibly around 1.5p by Friday before a COVID Route and trial funding RNS dropping on Monday. All just an optimistic hope but could happen with the speed things are and need to be moving with this. GLA

LTH here and all I can say to the recent arrivals is that I’m happy to have a full week where buys/sells are at 2/1 and 10-15% increases a day.

Also remember, no speeding tickets, which if you know Sar is very telling already. GLA and thanks for the research and views of the other more experienced LTHs.
