Wouldn’t surprise me if we ended up around 5% this afternoon, buys still coming in all disguises IMO. At some point we must surely get a holding notification, unless there are multiple buyers behind the continued large buys.

It would be nice to hear of an actual offer of anything in Sars pipeline. I believe it will come, but cannot help get frustrated that things haven't moved a little quicker and more transparently since middle of last year really, especially with all the 'need' and other deals going on. GLA

Yes I was looking waaay back to the RG comments when I was then newly invested here. I guess it was a little lazy of me to just stick to the £3+ sp valuation. But, IMO if we get just one licencing deal here with a major we could see £1 being realistic and then there are many more strings to the bow to deal on thereafter. An outright TO would have to be £s instead of pence, but we will hopefully see some kind of monetization in 2021. Anyway GLA and a healthy and happy new year

When are we ... the LTH gonna get that gem of an RNS..... since the BOD initially commented on the potential of selling up for around £3 ps it’s been a longer than expected road for most! We believe it’s because of the increase in IP value that the BOD has decided they don’t want to sell on the cheap! On a purely selfish financial basis I hoped this would have been realised by now and hope it is now pretty soon. On a life saving benefit I hope even the most ambitious investors actually hope that Sclp are a part of the cure of certain cancers. I do, and it will take as long as it takes. But being honest, I’m hoping for a return before the end of 2021... of many multiples that I bought, and because of the BODs subconscious IP valuation, looking at £3+.. hoping a big Bio is ready to take the Sclp IP at what it’s worth and can accelerate the progress and results for the potential we’ve been told is there. All the best for 2021!

I too think the possibility of a deal in the next 3-6 months is good and again depending on one or two data confirmations can see this being higher than I ever thought was possible here. Originally had a target of 5-10p when invested 10yrs ago. GLA have a good weekend

Some think we are in an auction for a TO now or potentially could be soon. My Question is what are the hopes against the reality and what would people actually take for a TO do offer.

I’ve said before that I believe there is huge potential here If the primitive data is to be believed and translated into human trials. However, I’m also realistic that if it was all as good as it claims to be a major would have thrown some spare change at us already.. be that $250 -$500m...it’s relatively very little on a major Pharma R&D budget.

So potentially this could go for in excess of $1bn potentially up to $3bn as a take over, which is where some are getting the £ sp potential from.

But realistically if we haven’t already had a whimsical $300-$500m or 7-12p ps offer presented, why should the expectation be that it would suddenly be 30p, 50p or anything more?

What would people be happy enough to take next week if a TO was tabled next week?

This would be my thoughts also Dalestar. Seems strange that Vulpes have an ego when their smaller investment will become very profitable should this play out. Maybe they did see the potential first and feel a little on the outside now, but it seems hopeful that they’re gonna make a chunk of change here on that 5p share investment in the long run.

Going in the right direction will do to keep the momentum going, I’m sure the first one will be the Covid grant confirmation which is already priced in now, but any further information on a possible partner or route will give a good boost on top!

I believe Sierra is a very leaky ship and any sign of strengthening of the SP their could well mean news pending... and it’s a fair possibility that could be good for SAR too.

News from China has to be fairly soon if it’s to be good and result in the 900k milestone so there’s a lot to be looking forward to here.

The potential of the SP if Sar took everything through to Market and in 5-10yrs may well be to a £, but realistically I believe we will be taken out sub 30p, with 30p being the very best deal to expect inside of 12months IMO.

I have always thought there has been great potential here and often wondered why a Pharma hasnt taken Sar already for 5-10p when the SP was sitting below 1p. At that price it IMO would have been chump change for a Pharma but getting excellent potential. For a TO to happen at 20-30p Ian’s $1bn it has to be very much more analyses and substantiated by a Pharmas risk analysis.

Don’t get me wrong I think we could spike on various news incoming to around 10p, but then a retrace without further news or results.... before waiting for periodic updates again.

I don’t think a Pharma will pat over the odds at this stage and I think $1bn is there about a top dollar with the present information and data.

If and it’s a big if SAR has a success in a Covid vaccine combo then the above goes out the window... but in the original pipeline i think 30p tops with 10-15p more likely inside 12 months.

My thoughts only and I’m very positive on potential but more realistic on attainable SP. its all really our best guesses at the moment.

Always great to recap and review what SCLP have going on and how positive the data is thus far to warrant all the proposed progressing clinical investigation and evaluations. There really truly is a full Pharma pipeline building here and as yet there have been no data related set backs. Thanks LL

..of the profit taking late last week tomorrow and Friday or will we see a steadier rise into the weekend? Hoping for the latter obviously, but won't be surprised by some profit taking. Hopefully end the week higher than we started and that that pattern continues for the next few weeks as we await potential collaboration news as mentioned by the BOD.

Seeing the momentum and sentiment turn so quickly again... was expecting some retrace but not as much as the last couple of days. Anyway long term it doesn’t matter much I guess, although the higher the SP when good news does come the better. And of course it’s just more comfortable to see a rising or levelling of an sp rather than a steep decline. Onwards and upwards soon again I believe, 3 steps up 1 step back is fine if it repeats over the next few months.

After the data so far and impressive comparison v Tofa, SAR's TKy2 simply has to be taken very soon and by someone with big pockets for a decently sized upfront and heavy backend loaded deal. There seems to be far too much potential for it to be left in a bio research company's hands for much longer.... Sitting waiting :)

Cheers Cars... seems to be along the same lines as my thoughts although hadn’t really thought of maybe getting a deal come from for each possibility rather one from the three chances. All positive!

So we are almost 12 months from the Bod signIng the first of three collab deals... latest being Jan 2020 with Chinese Co. is this the first deal that most here are expecting? I am that way inclined especially as there is competition and multi-national interest. Hoping to hear on this soon, before December I feel. Let’s all just be optimistic.. it’s so much easier then ;-) and great to see the momentum continue today!
