Without malice my fellow 88e'er you should take the "Time" convention up with Tony Lamping, Cruz Construction at tlamping@cruzconstruct.com .
It was his article.

Things may be different in Alaska as they do not see the sun as often as they would like. More akin to not knowing what day it is rather than is it midnight or midday.
BTW BK, what is midnight numerically?
Its not the winning my friend, its the taking part that matters.

There just doesn't seem to be a big enough time window to travel the 28 miles on the Dalton. (25 hours)
There also appears to be ambiguity in the article which I have pasted below.
If Saturday 15th 12 a.m is midnight & Monday 17th 12 p.m is midday, that is 36 hours. Isnt it?
Finally, this - Open road at mile 386.7, 12 a.m., Monday, Feb 17. Which is correct a.m or p.m?
Only a difference of 12 hours!!
Article :
Starting Saturday, Feb. 15, at 12 a.m., Accumulate Energy Alaska, Inc., in partnership with Cruz Construction and Nordic, will begin moving a large drill rig on the Dalton Highway from Deadhorse to mile 386. The move is anticipated to last through Monday, Feb. 17, at 12 p.m.
Traffic will not be able to pass the drill rig during the move. The rig is large enough that it requires both lanes of the highway to travel and it will be travelling at low speeds. Drivers should anticipate lengthy delays.
Road closures will be established during the move to control traffic. Over the three day move, the drill rig will pull into pullouts in three locations and waiting traffic will be permitted to travel through. These are the locations and anticipated times:
– Pullout at mile 412.7, 7 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 15
– Pullout at mile 404.9, 8 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 15
– Pullout at mile 400.9, 5 a.m., Sunday, Feb. 16
– Open road at mile 386.7, 12 a.m., Monday, Feb 17
Moving the drill rig from the pullout at mile 400.9 to mile 386 will require a road closure lasting approximately 16 hours. This is the longest continuous closure.
Mats will be utilized on the highway to protect infrastructure and emergency access is being coordinated with first responders.
The move schedule may be impacted by weather.

We could actually do with an update of my previous link, that was presented on 29th January, a full 2 weeks prior to the move.
They were the parties involved in the actual move, not the authority closing the road.
No allowance for any stops to let traffic past, this time, if only looking at a 25 hour travel window.
Nearly there mate, nearly there.

Hi Brom, I was on the site but couldn't find that piece of information, so just moved everything forward 7 days.
One major change from original with you link & that is the actual number of hours closed, is on 25 for a journey of 28 miles. Mile post 414 to 386. The previous period (36 Hours) was, as shown on the link that I have put up. Perhaps Little Old Nordic #3 has had a Turbo fitted.
Nice to see you are still on the ball mate.

Take a look at the link, add on 7 days to dates shown (for the delay we were aware of) in the article.
The BIG move starts at MIDNIGHT tonight (Alaska Time) Saturday 9:00 am GMT for us. Weather permitting of course.
Due to leave Dalton Highway for journey up the Ice Road ~21:30 GMT Monday 24.
Arriving on site ~36 hours later. (Wednesday 26th Mid-day GMT)
Here's hoping for a trouble free passage!!
The Very Best of Luck to All 88e'ers; We have waited a long, long time for this.

Project Description: The Plan proposes to drill one exploration oil well, Charlie #1, on the Oil and Gas Lease ADL 393380, located roughly 29 miles west of the Franklin Bluffs Pad on the North Slope. Thirty-four miles of ice roads will be constructed along with two 500 feet by 500 feet ice pads; one drill pad and one staging pad. All operations will be performed from the ice pads. Facilities used for the operation will include a satellite office camp, storage and laydown areas, a communication tower, and maintenance shops. The staging pad will be constructed one mile west of the Dalton Highway at mile post 386. The primary drilling objectives include testing and evaluating the Seebee Formation for oil, a target found in surrounding exploration wells. All facilities will be temporary.

Such a pity that you speak about DW with such disdain.
He speaks really highly of you.
Easy to batter someone from a keyboard. Tell him to his face next time you meet him.

hey buddy, thinking the longer wait is just down to 34 miles of ice road compared with 11 miles for Winxie.
If Premier have previously announced on the 7th of each month, as mentioned a few days ago & are a UK company, as we know, I am with you thinking 88e must appease ASX & release tonight, last trading opportunity this week & UK get it tomorrow. JMHO
The expectation grows by the hours counting down
