RE: Market Crash Week9 Mar 2026 11:58
Okay, SF, but i meant what are you looking for, aside from BoD buying?
for me, the MICA is a defining moment in their short term success. if they don't get it from Lithuania then are we going to see another last minute pivot to... Malta or some other EU country? and how do they do that without another VASP?
arbitration could be a winner, though depends on how much they get, assuming they win. resolution will be closer if they resolve before it gets 'too legal' but they definitely wont get $4 mmillion on out of court settlement. i'll be amazed if they get what they originally asked for as there's little proof of lost earning in the most current results.
or they 'say' that they don't need EU as it's not much of a client and say they're 'focusing' on Asia and S America.
but, either way, does anyone think BoD are going to wait for a 6 bagger before they get into profit? can't buys 100million+ on the open market so still expecting a fundraise ans subscription to bring their average massively down as they'll only do that with a decent plan for the next two years.
whatever happens, until i see news that makes buying justified... but keeping an eye on the trades to see if there's any clues in the volume (that's not another new account 'ramp' that saw the last pump that was based on.. .erm... nothing!
