Next week is the planned publication of the next 3 year plan... no doubt they're keeping these contracts back for that... and there's still time for another major contract to come from govt. 'March madness' financiala spends...

Bonker, it's not 'mm games'... this is some liquidity selling... whether it's to accomodate a loss on gas/oil prices or... whatever, the selling is bigger than y'day prior to the rns... so just have to wait for the seller to be finally out... imo

I'm of the opinion this is another Mcnulty and co. ramp on the cheapest placing shares that they then dump and pretend they're still invested in and are 'shcoked' at the drop in price.

daresay he'll buy back in again on the low and then 'restate' the value... again and again and again...

Literally, the only upside is that the sp is so low that noone can afford to sell... and noone wants to buy at the current price so it's not moving!

it's a 'win'...

And they keep pumping and buying and holding as they just 'know' it'll come good at some point...

But, in the end, it doesn't matter. folk here are literally arguing over whether it was a horse or a donkey that bolted... the sp is sub 0.4 on a share that was 1.5p a year ago so is down 80% just in the year. it has had almost no rises except from pumps and dumps and fake accounts and news.

the BoD post 'interesting articles on other companies and crypto but their own crypto treasury is down 40% in six months.

Semnet is a real dog's breakfast of an acquisition, and you'd be hard pushed to explain why it was the only cyber asset worth buying, outside the wife having a big stake in it too...

the court case just feels like bs numbers built on bs valuation and bs 'losses' incurred.

the only upside is that, at this price, they'd be hard pushed to raise any further funds... but i'm sure they'll go down the path of raising, consolidating 100: 1 which will allow them to start fundraising yet again... it's the VAST of crypto exchange... except that even VAST's BoD keep the investors updated!

Isn't that the knowledge that would need to be seen to prove the point? of course, it could be that the company know this stuff, having had contact with them (presumably) but if we can't find it on the net, not sure how authentic the evidence will be? be interesting to see how it develops...

Well, until the rns is released, the sp is going to keep slipping... almost at 30 now so 40% down from the peak on the first half of the NHS contract...

...that said, still seem to be some shares to offload...

...been waiting for 45 to come around again for a month, after the 50s spike on Inserma (which, while a nice cash top up isnt really where the proper money is). couldn't get all of the share in upper 45s so had to take some higher too but don't really expect any serious selling from now until higher. will still be a pause between publishing filings and Crown vote and confirmation so might be some selling then but hard to calc at what levelt he sp will be then, esp. if German news comes in to.

biggest fuel last year was China and squeeze on ree but that's now seemingly accepted so needs conversations now about unreliability of oil (which 'll likely mean some diversion as UK govt has to confirm UK oil lososening) but, hopefully, that also brings MKA back into the bigger general conversation, what with AI/EV coming back into focus.

her for the drinks, not the cakes... but would be nice to stop trading and doing more relaxing... just if you have limited resources, you have to bounce the money around so always going to be looking for temporary weaknesses in shares, but, for now, this one looks bottomed out with nice blue sky to come... imo (but you all already know that...i'm just late to that party!)

Don't need to worry about the maths, beyond the fact that y'day and 45p looked like the last flush of sellers, whether they were warrant conversions or just bored holders, now it's waiting on the F-4 SEC review, which takes approx 25-30 days, from 13 Feb, then public filing end of march/april. but it still needs up to end of Q2 for completion, though could be delays but, as company re-affirmed Q2...

meanwhile, full commissioning of Pforzheim must be done by early april, max so...

now that the sp touched 45 y'day, don't see cheaper, unless delays become apparent.

Honestly, the wait is the killer and the BoD don't give clues, hence the constant searching for clues by holders (or even non holders, as those invested tend not to want to post bad news...) but by the time the BoD say something it's a done deal.

i've given my own buy in (maybe) but gawd knows what the future brings in this one. interesting to watch it unfold, though.

I think it's an extension to the £22mill earlier contract... to a 3 year... but it shows that the next 3 year guidance is going to be just peachy!

just wait for the rns...i'm thinking 40p... then just wait for the forward guidance end of march/early april...
