as for jack and tone, i don't think they have any kind of reputation anymore... even the investors here have stopped talking about them being 'canny'... unless they mean i the star trek sense of 'she canny take it, captain!'.

as for 'pivot', what is meant by that is 'giving up on the stated aim and looking for an easier way to keep the company going.

semnet is recruiting and developing partnerships - recruiting what, specifically (a sales team?) and partnership is their product being near white-labelled as an option along with others so get paid per use?

arbitration has moved to litigation because they got nowhere with arbitration so why were they seeking such a small amount during arbitration?

What was said in january changes with what news the company releases... when i thought they were going to make a big 50Ah announcement that was a different IKA to the one i now see before me... they've pretty much delayed the news i was expecting by 6-12months.

Lowering an everage is good policy, normally, unless you have a good idea for the medium term and the direction of travel...

for me, the Cirtec news is minimal in 2026... no numbers given to contracts so assuming sub £100k... cashburn is high an, while they're probably in for the next round of UK govt grants they're now sailing close to the wind for another fundraise.

the 10Ah news is 'nice' but not consequential for sales... i think it's fair to say that 50Ah is where the money is and we're not close, yet. samples, maybe but it's going to take more cash to carry it from being a science project to a commercial deal.

if they don't get the next govt grant then i can see another placing but, at the current sp it'll need to be 10-15% discount so... maybe June, if things haven't turned around, something at 20-23p, depending on where the sp goes between then and now.

just a personal opinion and don't expect anyone to take note... just wanted to see it out there...

Why am i here? to make sure the serial rampers don't pull more in more investors on a share that's in bad shape at least until they know what the genuine risks are for the sp.
