If any of this is true then i'm sorry for the investors who've been pulled along by the story... for the rampers, not so much, esp. the ones who'argued with every criticism of the company.

Theyre taking Semnet bosses, which they took over... it's not hard to understand the sentiment of the statement!

but if you want to be 'right' about that while being wrong about the money you've put in... you've done well to be 'right' on something. won't get you a coffee with your 'rightness', though.

and if it's right that GST now has fewer staff in LT it would imply that they giving up (unless there's some canny move to get around it).

unfortunately, if folk check it out and it's true then there'll be a little rush for the exits tomorrow... OR you have to work out the worth of the company (asssuming it survives) of the assets without Europe.

the trashing is by the company, for their decisions... and their silence. pointing it out, even if it's multiple times, is easily countered by a BoD statement from... somewhere... about something!

There was a lot of ignorance about the realities of the company before... now they have history and the actual history, over the pumping, doesn't bode well for the BoD.

i mean, how can you trust a company who have to take themselves (!) to court to claim back cash from an acquisition that the wife still has a significant interest in and not know what was happening!

Deacs, the point has been, and has been for the past few months, that there's no news coming from GST. and, until such time as there is, that shows that they're dealing with a very dangerous situation coming up in July, that it's not investible.

as such, i'm looking at the sp slipping UNTIL they support the sp by issuing appropriate news, at which time it'll be an investment.

and, i keep tabs on the bb to see if anyone finds something that shows the company have go things in hand.

until then, i'm very interested in hearing about half marathons...

They widen the spread because they don't want to be holding GST shares unless they can sell them on... the only way for them to make money on them is to get them cheaper than they can sell them on for... a wide spread just means noone's interested... it's not rocket science,. and it's hilarious that you think there's some 'conspiracy' to harm GST by mm's.

it's really not hard to post rns' of contracts or anything else if it's deemed 'porice sensitive', in fact, it's a requirement!

Don't think i've said Semnet is 'dead'... but it hasn't shown any new revenue contracts... merely its product being added to a basket of other third-party products that can be used by Netformx. The Semnet courtcase is going to drag into the end of 2026 and noone has any real clues about what might be clawed back from the proceedings.

all the talk of 'imminence' of a result have fallen by the wayside and, whatever deal is done is likely to be done, last minute, on the steps of the courthouse...

you keeps saying MICA news isn't needed but the sp would tell you otherwise!

if the compay have reapplied, why wouldn't they spend £couple hundred to say as much for the markets to enjoy?

you keep trash talking one of the few companies that have received a MICA from Lithuania, something GST absolutely needs, as if the bar must be very low for them to get it and yet GST failed in their first attempt.

So what needs to change for this 'very low bar' to be hurdled and where is the evidence that GST are complying?

Velcro, it's hindsight to say 'it was unsustainable'... noone thought that was the case, or, lets say noone posted that it was going to fall... i think most were then looking for 100p+.

i can think of a couple of posters who advertised their sells and they were roundly attacked for 'trolling'. been the same at 70. 60 and now 50. holders who might well have good reason to be in love with this share from 2025 only ever paint the upside, like any other opinion expressed would be morally corrupt.

no doubt if i get my... 46p price then the insults change to it just 'covering my rent' or some other denegration about my 'pennies' investing.

it's funny how the insulting tropes are wheeled out to mitigate any further slippage, if it happens. it'll be crowing that i called it wrong, as if anyone can see my trading or if i take it at a higher price if it fails to drop to my target.

there's something quite embarrassing to see the posted comments, as if me holding shares somehow spoils their gloating at being such a canny investor themselves.

I absolutely agree with you... the only point i make is that share prices ebb and flow... did anyone expect to see 40s again after this hit 87 (?) in H4 '25? timelines slip, surprise news drops, sales are confirmed... so not really sure why any critical voices are jumped on , if they have some underlying evidence.
