RE: GS Fintech UAB increases share capital28 Feb 2026 14:13
All that showed me was that GS has 3 staff, relative to, say RobinHods numbers.
i also recall that Agne Penkiene was identified as having several other roles, outisde of FST 'back in the day'. so, trust she is now full time... if not, she needs to be.
still don't know what those '3 staff' are but one will need to be an AML officer.
while their original application means they are known to lithuania, still going to need up to 60 days to complete checks and, while GST will have, presumably, reports on required work/positions needed to statisfy a successful application, they must have known what was required last time too so 'knowing' and 'resolving' seems to be a repeat issue with GST.
if that site shows more jobs filled in the next month, then great. if Agne is now ful time, then great. if they announce an MAL position, then great.
putting aside the Semnet claims (unless they resolve before... end of April (?) so stops being a distraction, as GST said they were going to apply in Q1, then have to get an rns this month. if they don't...
be an interesting month... and the more 'proof' that GST can supply that shows moves to satisfy lithuania, the better. but, make no mistake, of the 3(?) that have succeeded, GST isn't even a minnow. fro end of last year (don't think there's anything that has changed since then?):

just hope they're not planning yet another last minute pivot to malta or somewhere else!
