That whole BTC treasury item just looked like amateur hour retailers jumping late on a bandwagon. thank good they didn't go in with both feet but i seriously doubt it was 'caution', considering how it's panned out. and isn't it remarkable that they're still not buying?

that's because they need the cash for the company workings... imo. and that's why, if there's no news next week i'll feel more sure of a placing to come...

Sorry, Nero, but that's the same argument that holders here with averages of 2p (like the BoD) say when they're stuck in a trapped share price.

I mean, they have all the data from their own trading platforms so why don't they buy more btc instead of waiting for it to hit $90k first and then 'me 2''ing it again!

MICA reapplication is getting perilously close to running out of time, with Poland's ending of VASP in July. so we're now getting close to the duration that failed the first application from running out of time. MICA's take more that four months to complete, unless someone knows different.

and, just like the stablecoin non-appearance, they didn't apply so they have no need to post about not being in... could the same thing happen with MICA?

Poland pivot was a last minute save but no clue as to why if they DON'T reapply.

btc was a disaster... would have been twice as good if they'd just kept the money... they certainly haven't added on the drop, at least, not yet.

there's some hope for arbitration but without any more news as to HOW they seek to claw back the $4.8mill and from where it's just another period of silence. atm, it's the ONLY real positive and even that is just about getting back the money they've lost.

so... where's the definite upside? it's pretty much a binary punt but, if something good comes of it there'll be plenty of time to jump on board.

As i thought, massive knows nothing about GST but thinks that buying cheaper without understanding why is his 'policy'. and that's why he's so badly in the red.

Massive, if you're so knowledgeable about GST, what are you waiting for, in adding more? or do you think the price is going to go lower? if so, why would it go lower? and, if it does, why would that make it a 'better' investment?

your own 'experience' here shows that you're wallowing in red... and 'averaging down', unless you understand what the trigger would be for a rise, just adds more money to a declining sp. so, using your deep, deep knowledge of GST (and now you can't just hide behind AHS' Batman to your... Alfred), what are you expecting from GST?

BoD need to deal with the issues of running the company and building on teh assets they have instead of relentless 'blue sky' thinking!

no clues as to what new 'acquisiions' they may be thinking of but would be nice to see them building on what they have and 2026 and making sure the foundations are solid and not just more buying of assets, but actually growing the assets they now have... otherwise i wouldn't bother investing in them.

Atm, its the missing piece. GST cant move forward with this, claiming damages from EE, Mervyn and Chong without showing where the missing clients and 'non-compete' assets now are.

adding Chong to the list implies she's the mechanism for clients to have been taken from Semnet but, until GST provides info about where they were moved to, there's not a lot to go on.

presumably, GST wouldn't be wsting their time, energy and resources of a frivolous claim so they must have info about where the breaches and loss of revenue have gone to... as soon as that's divulged then the better the likelihood of a fast result in their favour.

without it you're just, again, looking for clues. but it'll be a fact that mervyn and ee must have moved TO another company or set one up to full fill the breaking of the non-compete clause. find that out and, presumably, thees' the smoking gun. at that point (or just before it's announced) and you have the bottom of the slide in the sp... imo.

so, from Dec '23 rns: " Semnet's cybersecurity expertise will enable the Company to build a dedicated cybersecurity team to support client onboarding and its operational activities, including the wider provision of white-label software solutions to global money service businesses." i'm assuming you would agree that 2 years of 'development' would mean that their 'white-label software solutions' is very likely part of Semnet's products? or are you such an expert that you know exactly what they do and don't do?

if you can't explain what the defendants have done, to 'non-compete' then maybe shut up, instead of just piously commenting on everything without explaining why the company is where it's at at this point in time?

And, until GST name them it's a mystery.

whichever company Mervyn, EE and now Daphane Chong are supposed to have siphoned off Semnet clients and also say they have proof that Semnet's 'products' have been white labelled and sold via whichever company, that's when the court case bites and there's evidence that the claim can be substantiated.

at some point, soon, they're going to have to issue a name... until then, the only 'news; that one can see is the selling of shares without dropping the sp and why and how that is happening. understand the mechanics of that and you can understand what is going on (and what the possible future price can be).

Ai 'made up' a company name for Mervyn and EE... are now punting this company instead. mgith be more made up stuff... but whichever Mervyn and EE company set up to take clients from it needs to be discovered.

whether this is the company or not and whether Daphane is also part of this 'company', having been mentioned as a new defendant... well, considering i don't have shares in this yet... is debateable.

but if the share sell continues and the sp doesn't fall, then that also has to be debated as it's not the normal course of trading.

Mouse, the only thing left with this company is conjecture. but with a writ of summons issued (even if it was two months late!) then it's a possible.

and as for the dumping, i'm merely talking about y'day's selling of 20million ish shares. if they were retail, on a total volume of 23million, the sp would have fallen through (imo) and be closer to 0.2 so the only logic i can see for the price being held was it was a cross trade. if anyone wants to posit an alternative and explain why the price didn't crash, i'm all for it.
