1. the price stays low... no quantaitve revenue comes in a lowball offer comes to take it over.

2. they place... investor takes major stake in the company at the low price and then uses that to leverage a takeover.

not sure what else there is for the company, without a amjor sales drive, which they just don't have the network for?

I know it's standard in these sits but... they made reference to it... presume it's just a fallback position if takeover doesn' happen...

They got the resolution passed so...

It's more about pointing out the weakness in the share price and explaining it...

I understand all that... but if you think there'll be no issue or redemptions exiting from the listing, then requiring funding pressures short term, who am i to argue that point. but it's what i'll base my own tactics... while fully accepting i might well get it wrong. i don't often participate in such Us ipo endeavours from UK spin offs so will need to err on the side of caution. as i said earlier, the difference between an average in the low 40s as opposed to 10...

Hate to say it but the biggest issue, for me is the proving up of the tpa as the recycling is the bridge between this and songwe. it's the funding/revenue that supports MKA's financial commitment to MKAR. it's the proof of the 'vertical integration' that shows MKAR investors that there's genuine validity and can run complex processing facilities for profit... so proving up Uk's 7.4 tonnes to Germany's 100tonnes target would, to me at least, be needed to validate F-4. without it, while MKA doesn't directly fund MKAR in any way, directly, it proves the company.

at least, that's my take and why i keep pointing out that... absence.

F-4 to be published shortly and, i imagine, i get my German acquisition soon, too.

Not really. you can't produce the material without the feedstock. just because they've posted a 'limit' means nothing if the contract and srap doesn't arrive. it's what's holding the sp back. the quicker the contracts are announced, the better.

I' not 'bullish' or 'bearish'! i'm just looking at it harder than someone who brags about having a 6p average as i don't have the luxury of seeimg a potential drop merely losing me profit.

so i'm not interested in waffle about USAR or 10 year plans... i'm only inerested in seeing Germany make good... once the sp is at Bonkers' 60p then i'll relax... until then, i'll keep an eye out for any sign of the news i'm looking for, whether it's GKN or some scrap aggregator...

Don't care. MKA has done amazingly well in the past 12months on its 'blue sky' thinking with the political world scene. but once you put together production plants, for me, the 'blue sky' will be undermined by 'actual' if it doesn't confirm it. MKA has now moved from 'vision' to 'spreadsheet'.

and, at the price it is now, the spreadsheet will do the heavy lifting to get the $400million valuation over the line.

so, looking forward to an rns by the end of... May (?) for acquisition.news. and if anything else comes along beforehand, all the better.

Fair enough... but i'd rather have that rns to give support at 55p as i don't think more ramps are going to do it, without something very tangible to make mouths water and bring in the new buys.

guess we'll see... but i really don't think what i'm saying is anything more than grounded opinon.

If the short term expectation for this is 60p then it'll need that news or something comparable.

I'm assuming that something like feedstock contract will be nec. with a run up to genuine production in pforzheim to make the case for the F-4 so that it's not still seen as a 'maybe'...

so, if F-4 is pencilled in for end of june at the latest, will expect to see that rns in enough time to see 2tonnes per week exiting. if not...

You seem to have no genuine discussion point to make about the points... so you think the F-4 is fine with just theoretical numbers to raise the funds?

if you haven nothing to say that is constructive discussion about the timelines, why bother saying anything?

and do you know if MKA is even shortable!
