Here's the logjam (just expected the market to be more gungho! about it all...

from 9 April rns:

"· The jet mill for processing of NdFeB alloy powder for magnet manufacturing has been installed, and commissioning will be completed in the coming weeks.

· Other major equipment for the Plant, including the transverse alignment press and the sintering furnace for manufacturing of sintered magnet blocks, have been delivered, with installation and commissioning taking place sequentially.

Pretty simple!

if the company are now saying that tpa won't be reached until 2027 then the market at least expects to see production starting otherwise, where is the money going to come from? is everyone just expecting 'free money' all the way into mid 2027, even after placing for £12.5million at 33p and having used £4.33million to buy Remploy? but there's almost zero chance of producing any meaningful tonnage by year end. so when is the actual production going to kick off and is the only upside based on more investors flooding in on US market interest, when even that will be, minimum 2027/28?

i've rethought my own tactics on this one... but that's fine... it's only me reading it, anyway.

For me, company really, really, REALLY needs to move away from sucking on funding teet and proving to the markets that all these plants can generate income. it's maddening to read endless rns' about inserma plant being introduced, feedstock purchased and still the only news that folk cling to is that china is the 'big bad' and there might be more hand outs to progress.

two plants now with a third being built and... still no growth in production! one rns stating management have started even single production line, never mind multiples, and the sp can move to a commercial pricing, over theoretical pricing...

Price action not at all what i expected going into close... but still time. however, looks like it's DESNZ and the next contract news.

There IS no future plan, beyond generalisations about acquisitions. but , AIM, you've been here before with their acquisitions, some of which were 'coincidental' with fundraises that, coincidentally, never materialised: bonfirepay, easysend?

just put yourself in the shoes of the BoD: what are you going to do with 80% loss on your £millions 2p average and how do you go about it? answer THAT question and stop thinking like their charity workers only looking to help the poor retail investors!

Don't forget, they still have at least £1million from the treasury fundraise which, magically, never converted into bitcoin but just got conveniently absorbed into every day workings...

Gift me £5million from a crypto billionair Harborne and i'll probably support crypto as a fabulous investment idea. however, if you think burnham will ally himself o any reform policy then you're as savvy as BoD's crypto treasury policy!

My own suspicion is that ii's are trying to sell some of their their existing shares to make way for the placing shares and profit from the difference but there's just not a market for shares at the current price so it's dragging out.

Tell me the headline is wrong, though.

isn't the BoD's average 2p? you think they're going to wait for a 500% rise before taking more shares? don't you think it's their money hidden behind the 'lenders' and they witing to add shares on the 10day vwap?
