Jeebus! in what world does someone with $10million in cash...21 Jun 2026 00:57
Only want 5% return pa on an ensecured loan?
seriously, think about it... is this the kind of prospect that ANYONE would accept for the loan of a tenner, never mind £10million.
WHERE IS THE BENEFIT TO THE FUNDER? UNLESS...
" The Company may elect to prepay all or part of the Facility together with accrued interest in cash, ordinary shares and/or preference shares in the Company."
if you were the BoD, why on earth would you wait for the sp to rise by 500% before benefittng?
why not, instead of subscribing and trashing the price futer... why not do it on the sly, using your own money funnelled through a mystery, made up company, and slowly, month by month, take shares by the proxy company, hiding your growing averaging down, at the retailer's expense?
otherwise, it's a charity had out... and there's zero way, unless it's buddhist money(!) that anyone would be happy with only $41.666 interest paid, monthl and just hope that the company will still be alive in 2030!
what effin' moron would stump up that cash on those terms... unless they're just the fluff words that hide a truer meaning that they cant express?
it's a bit like marketing adverts that say cleans 'up to' 95%' but that also include zero%.
with an mcap that's currently worth less than this loan, how do you not get that no cash is available on such terms in the whole of the stock market, without some security!
there are some in here who have sunk waaaaay too much money into this and are now so desperate to claw it back, somehow, that they'll post bs with every post because having to start again with only 20% of your capital left is just too frightening.
i guess it's going to have to take the first monthly interest payment (though they might try to hide it by using the loan to pay back the interest to bs the investors!) and the first vwap conversion before the reality kicks in over the hope that this is the new revolut!
hope it works out for you (though there are a couple of ne'erdowells who i'd happily envisage sleeping in a bus shelter) because noone likes to see money lost... but as it's been seen for the best part of 5 years now... barring a few successful ramps which the company never managed to live up to the ramp... at all!
