Todays trading range was quite tight with shallow dips. I was expecting a pullback. This indicates there are big buyers in the background rather than just day traders fannying about. As others have indicated, a 50-75m market cap seems reasonable given the known news/grades.

You were on the money bhargav when you said September will be a game changer. I'm a long termer like you but only hold 600k shares :(

I won't be trading this. Timing is not my strong point lol. What I will doing however is buying any dips. In this for the long haul.

On iii currently, I am being quoted 11.15p to sell and 11p to buy !

Newmont partnering with AEM makes sense. They’re already working there.

I think the clue for a short term bottom was the trade this morning for 173,000 shares. Price started reversing up after this trade as more buyers came in.

I think we may see a short term bottom now. Bought a few more today. In for a penny in for a pound. A drift down on no news is sometimes a good buying opportunity.

The last RNS was positive. From my experience, that positive trend in news flow should continue for a while. It is the polar opposite with negative news. I normally sell on the first warning.

Ageos, thanks for your legal interpretation of the pending licenses. Orosur rns’d that Newmont are still on board so they must see some type of path forward I think, even though it may be slightly different from originally anticipated.

The two trades at 2.03pm and 2.04pm were mine. Not selling, just decided to bed and isa some of my omi stock now that it is showing signs of life!

Re-reading the Newmont/Orosur agreement I think the deal is structured thus that OMI do not need to raise money from the market in order to maintain their overheads/cash burn.

We’re moving into years 3&4 of the phase one agreement but I expect once nmt start drilling it will be complete within three-six months. Nmt could then move into phase two before waiting four years. Importantly, nmt will have to pay omi another $2m Cash in phase two as per the agreement.

Most shareholders get shafted by the dilution with speculative explorers. I don’t think that’s the case here.

Whats your view on Charrascala? The initial 3000m scout drilling back in 2018 did not yield significant grades from memory. Exploration is fraught with dangers but I intend to hold my 500k shares come what may. Im prepared to lose the lot. Have been for years.

OMI need a second string in their bow IMHO. They are totally dependent on one project. Maybe they could reach a deal with their creditors and restart mining in Uruguay.

I remember the ceo saying to bhargav don’t expect news for a couple of years, so no big surprise. What will rerate this is Uruguay production restarting.

TD aren’t allowing me to buy any at 2.8p. Not even £50 quid. Don’t want to send the order without a price limit.

Some big shot trader has bought 800 gbp worth of stock over three trades today and that's pushed the ask up from 3.2p to 3.25p.

TD are offering no online buying. Price will move up on a bit of buying imo.

I think the IMC deal will still go ahead but they won’t be paying $1m for the exploration licenses.

Good news is they got their cash run rate down to about $350k per quarter so they won’t need to raise cash for at least a year. Remember also they’ve also got another $1m coming from Newmont.

I’m not so sure. IMC will do the exploration and OMI the processing. They’ve got a plant idling. Uruguay is under explored imo. I remember a few years there was talk of a potential 200k find.

If omi can start earning money with minimal outlay on exploration, I think that would be a good deal.
