Firstly, Apologies for the opening line of my last post. I did not intend to say that your view was not correct, merely that I was offering another opinion. My posts are sometimes not worded as I had intended mostly as English is not my first language.
Secondly, I now understand the difference between PI's and II's, these abbreviations continue to confuse me, perhaps I should not use them and just write everything out in full instead . Thanks for taking the time to point this out to me.
Thirdly, Your points about the staff, the IP and the employment contract are all valid. In an ideal world where everyone acts honourably and ethically I'd agree that they could be relied upon. This situation though is politely hostile at the moment, however behind the scenes I'd suspect that the gloves are really off. If the fight becomes very dirty then everyone may not act as honourably as they ought to. In this kind of situation my investment may become collateral damage
Lastly, thanks for your input it has been really helpful. You are obviously much better informed than me in these types of matters and procedures. Are ordinary shareholders allowed to attend this meeting and ask questions and if so how do you get an invite? I think I’d like to go if that is possible.
Kind Regards
