200,000 shares bought this morning. This is the largest single purchase in a considerable time. Someone is interested although I do appreciate this is only £14k. Let's see a few more buys until Mr Grant releases some tangible information on the route forward.

Nice rise over the last few weeks and the dividend is due shortly . Anyone have any ideas on the movement upwards?

Few people read this thread simply because it is not worth reading This company sells nothing and is just a vacuum to hoist cash into. Buy a gazillion shares if you like, I cannot see it being difficult at all. As for withholding your info. Good luck with that as no -one cares

Thanks for posting this and welcome to the board cabpussy. The article is excellent and I think the expertise and software offering provided by Bglobal is sought after at the moment and will becoming increasingly over the forthcoming years. Inefficiency with utilities is one of the major failings in the productivity of UK firms and indeed the majority of Western Europe. The biggest companies do deal with this effectively but when I say big I mean the really big companies. Utility costs will more than double by 2020 and the focus on efficiency will gain huge focus. Those firms in at the outset will benefit greatly. The focus on this, even by residential customers will be immense, the profitability opportunity arises out of the apathy of consumers. Most businesses can save north of 20% by focusing on this and I genuinely do mean most busineses not just a lazy few. Here is the rub though. Businesses such as JD Sports can use a firm like Bsmart to concentrate upon one store then adopt all of the efficiencies throughout their estate. Unless a long term business relationship is fostered, without being too greedy, then the revenue is all short term. It will be interesting to see how this relationship develops. Great to see positive new like this though it just underpins the potential of the company if it were to be properly run. The salaries payable to the three directors are huge in relative terms. I would concur that they were not merited given the extremely poor performance. The salary to both Tim Jackson Smith and Nick Kennedy of half a million is aggregate is no doubt difficult for those long term holders to stomach. I would never get too bent out of shape by high salary awards when a business is performing well but the 15% increases were neither merited nor correct in these circumstances. I just hope that the shareholders do not get another high priced charge when these directors are terminated. Nick Kennedy will almost certainly be "let go" and from my perspective Tim Jackson Smith has not added value in any shape or form throughout the period of his tenure. Before all of the blame for the recent performance is heaped upon the Kennedys (I'm sure it may be correct do so) it is worthy of note that the CEO Mr Jackson has presided over the sharp declines in shareholder value. Maybe just Maybe Mr Kennedy's request to have a review of the management intended highlight the shortcomings of some other members of management within the business. Only time will tell and Mr Grant will hopefully not take too long to take decisive action to commence the necessary steps to improve the business

He has a couple of a million shares, is in the industry and if has an interest in buying the business then there may be better options. If you are seeking sale and the money is right then who cares I suppose! Perhaps I am old fashioned. I only regard businesses as successful if the actually produce things or at least create a legacy. I am not well educated at all, I have owned, operated and sold a number of businesses relatively successfully over the years. My gut instincts have for the most part been correct and those instincts are telling me that this business has a huge latent potential. I just want the right people to unlock it. Could you explain the effect of the Form 8.3 declarations as I had imagined that this was a precursor to dealings, expression of interests etc. If it is just entirely a paperwork issue then I have misconstrued their value.

Looks like not very much to me. The Economy Power project may have delivered A business plan but it did not generate much in the way or returns. The current business just looks like an excuse to waste cash.

hmm! I'm not so sure Eco2 Limited is an Active business incorporated in England & Wales on 25th October 2004. Their business activity is recorded as Production Of Electricity. Eco2 Limited is run by 9 current members. and 1 company secretary. 7 shareholders own the total shares within the company. It is not part of a group. The latest Annual Accounts submitted to Companies House for the year up to 31/12/2011 reported 'cash at bank' of £1,390,146, 'liabilities' worth £1,371,900, 'net worth' of £-2,458,856 and 'assets' worth £2,365,928. Eco2 Limited's risk score was amended on 19/08/2013.

In light of the comments made by the new Chairman and the ongoing strategic review that may or may not end up with disposals, I would be very surprised if there were hordes of people looking to sign up contracts at the moment. Once the uncertainty over the future is sorted out this'll no doubt change though. Just to point out that this was not an RNS but an announcement on their website Whatever Mr Kennedy's faults were he cannot be blamed for poor communications now that he is gone. I think that I may have commented before on this but there clearly needed to be more than one change at the top here. The existing non execs will hardly be highlighting their involvement here on their CV's.

Interestingly the larger trades were at higher prices irrespective of the time of the trade. This'd suggest that no real volume is being released as yet. I wonder how long it will be before the outcome of Kennedy Jnr's suspension will be made announced. Presumably this will be subject to all of the usual disciplinary procedures and will take at least a month. I suspect that this will be the only real piece of news released until the update after the strategic review is provided. The market notices this for sure. The last four years of hardcore losses. A restructure carried out way too late adding avoidable losses during a worldwide recession. The contract wins announced thus far are in themselves insufficient to counteract what is essentially a loss making company. The price has risen 10% on pretty much no material volume. The last three posters are just a collection of ramping idiots trying to talk up a donkey.

Actually I think where the SP settles in the meantime may have a considerable bearing on the outcome here, if and only if the review culminates in a sale. My preference is to avoid a sale,although disposals of some parts of the busines would seem eminentlly sensible, the value that can be created by a focused management team would in my opinion dwarf and short term gains following a complete exit. If the SP settles at too low a point then I would fear that the premium even at a low price would allow this to be bought on on the cheap. Sure I'd make a healthy gain on my original investment but that's not where the money is here. You understand all of the fiscal and procedural stuff to an extent that I never could. i understand the sector and gut feeling laced with some knowledge of things I do understand is all that I have in my armoury. It has served me well enough so far. I have a pretty wide knowledge of both the utility and gambling industries. As a rule I have always invested in business sectors that I understand best however as my portfolio has grown I am trying hard to diversify, I would not even pretend to understand the financial matters to anything like your level of expertise. The underlying business, where they sit in the market and the opportunities that exist form the basis of my investment decisions. Perhaps my perception of where the SP sits in the intervening period does not matter as much as I had imagined. Please elaborate where you think my thinking is flawed.

I'm afraid that I think there is little science in these things What is clear that there has been no buyers,save two small buyrs totalling 33,000 shares, in the last ten days. If you want to buy it is easy to do so now. Until there is at least some buying the selling will inevitable force the price down. My gut feeling tells me that 6p-6.5p will be the bottom in the meantime so no science whatsoever. Enjoy your weekend

Sorry I had posted this on the wrong board. The RNS on here was indeed duller than dishwater.

It looks like this is going to settle around the 6-6.5p mark until news comes out.

Seems to me you're happy to see the drift downards. You have held for 3 years and you have said that you exited at a profit, You sold because you did not think there was an upside or you lost your bottle, either way you're out. You were posting about 50p only a few short weeks ago. Perhaps you are only posting to justify to yourself an exit. I have a chunky holding bought at a low price and I'm happy to see it through. Even if this ended up going bust I'd still be happy with the investment decision based upon the risk reward. This could be an investment that I look back on in 2020 as a great investment choice. The fundamental business opportunity is really not all that different to that which existed three years ago. The correct management team will harness it. You have exited, in my view, too early however you have made a profit so just be thankful and move on.
