Looks like the sp is in unchartered territory to me - no limit can be placed on the rise IMO - wouldn't be surprised if it ended tomorrow where we are or at 8p.

Excellent rise for all holders and lets hope that valuation is somewhere near. Not impressed with the quality of the report or the assumptions made in it but what does that matter - the sp is up - congratulations to all holders.
I have a question - how did this come into public domain as it is explicitly stated that it is not for publication to PI's.
Have the company paid for this valuation themselves and then leaked it? I don't know but I ask because the report assumes the best of everything and because of this from the report:
"The analyst(s) responsible for covering the securities in this report receive compensation based upon, among other factors, the overall profitability of ACF which may, from time to time, solicit business from any of the companies referred to in this report."

Hi Topcatz - the SLP charts and indicators were screaming SELL on Friday and those that trade and follow charts to get in and out will have exited. In the real world both platinum and palladium have come off their highs which directly impacts on the bottom line of SLP.
back to charts - the share has put in a double top which is bearish. It has attracted a lot of short term investors and they have left / are leaving the company. It will become cheap again but the chart looks set for quite a while IMO.
Also there has been a consensus that precious metals were on the rise - this is now in doubt - the virus outbreak on top of large indebtedness and the US China trade tensions should have sent gold and silver up through resistance but it doesn't seem to be happening. When one or more of these threats goes away - silver and gold could pull back and take support away from platinum. All IMO and WTFDIK.
JLP rallied nicely as expected - could get to 4.1p?

What an oportunity.

Only self taught amateur stuff Agadem but it serves me reasonably well. The fundamentals need to be right first and foremost and charts just help with entry and exit points and help you keep your nerve when a downturn happens expectedly rather than unexpectedly in an uptrend.

Oiltap - I like your glass always full approach. Candid is a little more well candid. Given Candid's stance - how would shareholders come out of it. Well worse case - they double the shares in issue to get £2 million in. We get a licence, a signed agreement and contractors sorted - the market cap would at least quadruple which means the shareholders double their money.
In Oiltaps scenario - a quadrupling of market cap would quadruple the share price - some are predicting much more than the market cap quadrupling.
We need licence - waiting, and also agreement with JLP - now looking like a forgone conclusion, and contractors - should be fairly straight forward.
So it looks like a straight bet on the licence which should deliver great returns with or without a cash raise. if a cash raise was imminent I would not hold until it was out of the way (which is why I urged caution previously) but the company should be financed easily to the point of getting a licence which is imminent.
The usual caution should be applied to AIM - there will always be lots we do not know. Only betting what I can afford to lose.

Note the discussion on youth unemployment - the real fault line with the EU (well one of them - there are many) is that Greece with very high levels of youth unemployment and Germany with low levels would have been 'levelled up' by the movement of their currencies relative to each other. The Greeks would price themselves into work and this would put pressure on the Germans to become more productive. Win win.
Now under the EU and one currency this is not possible - so the plan is that millions of young Greeks will pack up and migrate to Germany causing depression in Greece and a shortage of services to meet the needs of the new influx of people in Germany (see UK 2010 to 2010).
The Greek youth appear to have said nah we will just stay here in the sun doing nowt and collecting benefits thanks - Subsidise us please Germany - and the Germans do to keep the EU together - the Germans now detest Merkel and are growing in their anger at the laziness of the Southern States of the United States of Europe. This will be called 'populist' which is a derogatory word for when democratic decisions do not go the way of those in charge at the time.

It has gone a long way down fairly quickly - historic resistance point at 3.7p and both short and longer term stochastics and RSI are showing as oversold.
Would expect at least a pause in the down trend and quite likely a little rebound upwards on bargain hunting -and/or ii grabbing for the long term.
FYI not invested yet.

looks on the cards looking at the charts - hard to predict the strength - could be as low as 72p or as high as 76p IMO.

Ah the fabled pure football of west ham - Brooking and Devonshire et al - unfortunately not been like that for a long time - Paet apart. Watching some great football myself at the moment - entertaining attacking and mostly winning - top of league 1 for the time being - that should test Franny's football knowledge.
Meanwhile we are entering the last chance saloon for grabbing some WRES at these bargain prices - been studying the charts and next week will present opportunities which are unlikely to be seen again IMO - the breakout is so close we can almost touch it. A close above 3.3p on the mid price in the next 7 or 8 working days to confirm it for me - meanwhile get some on the dips. GLA.

Looking very good to me - the one year chart shows a turn around in the share price developing nicely - it needs to be confirmed but if we carry on with a steady firming of the sp over the next week or two then a new uptrend could be confirmed.
Confirmation of actual cash generation is maybe what iis are waiting for - the tide is turning for the share price in my opinion for what it's worth.

My post from November 2019 - I haven't changed my mind - back then I was waiting for the new shares to be issued from GLR placing and the price to fall to close to .4p - it has taken a long time. Slipped a bit more today and if it goes closer to .4p I will add some more.
My approach is consistent - choose a share - choose an entry point and wait for it. If the sp rises quickly or new information comes to light then I adjust my holding and may even sell up.
If GLR rises suddenly on no news I will sell, if it rises because there is a licence then I will hold.
Buying a share and staying loyal no matter what the price or news is plain stupidity.

Mmm does that look like I am ramping this share - no. I am merely gambling on the low market cap and the change in what I know from repeated updates by JLP which all point to a stronger and stronger hint that Star Zinc will be processed at Kabwe in the near term. There is still a chance that the licence will be refused and also that there will be another placing which is why I wouldn't buy at .6p+ when you were ramping it and then selling up.
As for JLP - the future looks great but things have changed there in the past 2 or 3 months - a placing when they could have used debt and a change of emphasis towards 3rd party material having a bigger part to play at Kabwe and also the collapse of the chrome price. The rise in PGM prices will offset these IMO but at the moment the next set of results are months away.
Things change and when they do you should re-asses. It wasn't me singing about GLR at .6p and .7p and then dumping and running.
Betting here that we will have licence, signed agreement with JLP or contractual information. Failing any of them, the next pump and dump is approaching - so the odds are in favour of a GLR rise soon - whatever the eventual outcome.

SLP is easily explained - everyone knew that the pgm prices were up so income would be up and bought in advance. There were few people wanting to buy when this was confirmed but lots wanting to cash in on their foresight.

Isphahan - I could be totally wrong but I am willing to share my thoughts and mistakes and also prepared to have egg on my face - you learn more that way - Good Luck with your investments.

I assume that lack of clarity, dragging things out and a possible resurrection of BMR in some form are just your CEOs way of keeping a salary?
Pity you can't all vote with your feet. Been in this position myself - best bet is to just forget about BMR and move onto pastures new - write it off, shrug the shoulders, deep breath and look forwards, not back.

The potential problem you allude to would make GLR a much better prospect as a source of Zinc for a refinery running only on 3rd party material.
Are you always just going to take a contrary position Minor Miner or is your little group not ready to ramp this one yet?
