Well the charts didn't enable u to buy when it rocketed nor did
u appear to warn us via your charts about a contract dispute. You appear as you have done since I first purchased to instill fear . Van called you out on day dot and you haven't changed.

The gov changes its mind so fast and the situation on the ground is so fluid with the concerns now with both the S.A variant and Indian that nothing they do will suprise me. We were postioning ourselves to come out of lockdown fully with the roadmap. Now Boris has said it is lockdown that has kept infection rates low. The ceo of Pfizer has said third jab required as antibodies diminish and that is not even taking into account the booster required for variants , so perhaps a fourth jab unless timing allows them to be amalgamated. Then we have the ROW with varying rates of vacci ation and increasing prevalance of variants. This journey is still in its embryonic stages and all diagnostic companies will be required for many years to try and gain control. One dispute over one contract which could be near resolution as I write does not mean the demise of Novacyt. So much fear mongering. The company is cash rich, no debt and has I repeat again superb R and D. If I had the funds available I would bring my average down, I don't , but I consider it grossly undervalued and will hold and await the bounce. With regards takeover , a contract dispute would not deter a bidder they would take account of worst outcome and factor it into the offer price. I personally do not believe a T/O Is on the cards and feel that GM would fight it unless an exceptionally high offer. I await more detail from the company . K

Listening to the radio and there was a report that the CEO of Pfzizer has said we will need a third jab to protect us within six to 12 months due to waning antibodies , this was not a variant booster , just the standard one and the UK was looking to give these jabs to the over eighties by Sept. K

Hi Ventura , without doubt he was instrumental in the decisions that resulted in Nova being first to Market and In the subsequent R an D , he is the captain who steers the ship. I was accepting of irregular news last year but have been both concerned and perplexed by the lack of it this year. The information released that there is a dispute regarding some element of the DHSC contract has made it clear to me that he is not in the position to comment and indeed it may be detrimental to do so. I am mindful that this entire dispute may be one party attempting to wriggle out of a particular clause and GM may be the innocent party. I chose to invest with GM at the helm and I believe he will succeed in turning this situation around and I am acutely aware of the impact on the SP. It is utter madness not to RNS contract wins , new products etc, there must be a reason for this and it must be deliberate. Why I do not know but it must be connected with the dispute. Time will tell and in the interim speculation will be rife and people understandably will be worried. I am not immune to that either but have decided to hold and therefore will attempt to remain positive , I do hear what you are saying though and wish I had the answers . K

Hi Bluelight , in the current climate I haven't discounted anything yet. Boris's total u turn in his speech a few days back about the reduction in cases being attributable to lockdown and not vaccines is a precursor to something. We now have a very alarming situation with the S.A variant and the govt knows it could totally derail the vaccination rollout success thus far( and it is amazing) It is what he doesn't say that is worrying. Why the big u turn just as lockdown eases , he was full of vaccines fantastic all going according to plan blah blah. We k now we have the test that can assist it will be a crying shame and potentially yet again the loss of many lives if the govt does not act in the best interests of the people they govern. It to me will be outrageous to not utilise something that can assist , stop the nit picking over a clause in the contract or whatever the issue is and manage the situation on the ground and fast !!!

Very difficult to muster when not in possession of facts. However GM took this company from 6p to £12.00 in a year. The R and D is nothing short of superb and so fast, we are in the grip of a global pandemic so hopefully with less focus on the UK ,GM can target the ROW , someone told me it is a bit bigger then the UK. I await news on the dispute, anything positive and this SP will move rapidly. In the interim those invested need patience , I have no doubt every holder of NCYT is frustrated and will remain so until further inf is provided which imo is being withheld whilst arbitration is ongoing K

I agree with Soder and had I not bought several times would stll be in profit. I swim against the tide here but this contract dispute may be resolved amicably. I think they are an outstanding diagnostoc company , first to market with a covid test , first to market with their Snpsig offering and no doubt their R and D will be fast to bring to market more products. GM must be under extreme pressure too, there must be a reason for his radio silence . Im sure he didnt wake up and think lets make the sp tank unless I am delusional. Im as frustrated as everyone and my paper profit has totally evaporated but GM has gone from some calling for him to be knighted to a CEO who many now see as deceptive. I too await news and will base my decisions on that. Re predictions for next few years, I dont think until we are informed more about the contract dispute or see what is in GM's roadmap that any accurate numbers can be forcast. K

I would think that the govt negotiated a very good rate per product prior to signing contract and because of the size of the contract NCYT agreed. There are no similar size contracts and it would be unlikely that a cheaper price would be offered on smaller orders. It is a standard clause and should be easy to adhere to , dont sell product a b or c under blah. Imo
