Steve incredibly frustrating agree but and a big but , not imo anything NCYT have caused. The lack of information will be mandated by the lawyers. Picture the scenario that G.M came out and said they shafted us by doing a b and c and we tried to accommodate them by doing d e and f. All that would happen would be that the DHSC has the firepower to get articles into papers tv etc and that is how they could respond. Also to start explaining actually means finger pointing and positions become entrenched. Much better to continue arbitration in total privacy. In the interim the shorters plague the board. The company in my opinion have been amazing with their product development , went wrong with focusing too much on DHSc contract , but no one envisaged they would atrem4ot to renage on it. However in parallel G.M has built up an extensive network of private suppliers which will prove to be highly lucrative.
It is apparent now testing will be required for years , I'm prepared to wait , a huge rerate will happen . Gl K
