NCYT not remotely comparable , first responders with FDA tests at start of pandemic , then shafted by DHSC dispute , ongoing ( believe they will win ) This is entirely different , the requirement for ships is ongoing and will highly probably increase because of the Ukrainian/ Russian ongoing war.
NCYT had an issue with the meteoric growth and manufacturing , no time lapse to preplan , end goal and amt of product never known and dependency on we will test , we won't test , required for travel , not required , ever evolving regs.
This is an entirely different beast. H&W have two years to update the yards , a huge 77mm cash flow injection to enable this and more then adequate time for recruitment , training and project planning.
The rise here may mimic NCYT's in so far as it is fast , imo the comparisons cease there as I don't envisage the same level of volatility.
