RE: Highlights from the zoom ....27 Jun 2024 11:30
I dont want to post here as its toxic and the alternatives are much better, however most new visitors will still land here, I did listen to Vlad yesterday so I want to clarify a little what was said.
Hemo have funds to pay for 1 to 3 patients.
I 100% get the frustration people are expressing about WHEN the trials will start, I feel the same, and it was clear so does Vlad, he actually stated he is contacting the sites on a weekly basis asking for updates.
Time is money, the longer they have to wait the more cash they burn waiting and the less patients they can pay for, but with 28 days between each patient with cash on hand the maximum number of patients before requiring more money is 3.
Vlad is confident that HEMO-CAR-T will be safe and effective and when asked about subsequent funding for Phase 2 via licencing he was clear, they would make a deal, the only issue being how much.
I BELIEVE that the SP is too low for a placing that would be worth it, if the SP was considerably higher then yes I believe Vlad would place, CDX and CBR are on a go-slow to conserve funds. I am sure Vlad would love to accelerate if he could raise funds at an acceptable level, this is not it. Its my opinion Vlad will not attempt to raise anything until he gets the first 1 or 2 results.
Timeline wise? THIS IS NOT DOWN TO HEMOGENXY.. Badgering Vlad for a date to start trials is pointless, the man clearly does not know, he is waiting like us, he has been told to wait. He could get the go ahead tomorrow or a few months so if you want to gamble then feel free.
This is SORT OF a binary play right now, its all on CAR-T. The RNS to announce the first patient will be a huge milestone, then 28 days later they do a bone marrow biopsy and either there is efficiency or not.
The SP is crazy, usually with such monumental events there is a re-rate and build up, here? That has not happened, there is ZERO interest from the usual trader groups who are not watching Hemo at all YET.
If CAR-T works this goes to the moon, if not they have to ramp up CDX or CBR, so the question to invest comes down to 2 opinions:
1, Vlad has enough money to start trials and wont seek funding until he proves CAR-T works OR
2, Vlad will self destruct and do a massively destructive dilutive placing at 1p or less.
If BOTH sites drag their feet for months then yes Vlad may be forced to do a small placing to bridge the gap, OR either/both could give a green light tomorrow. NOBODY KNOWS, If I did I would take out a loan.
RISK wise - This SHOULD re-rate before we get the first results (unless patient dies straight away which would be less than ideal). Honestly the one realistic risk today is delays eating into funds forcing a placing. Possible? Yes, but remember there are TWO sites, both WANT HEMO-CAR-T, the un-named site approached Hemo and ASKED to take part.
Ignore EVERYONE, NOBODY on here knows when the site will green light. Days/weeks/Months NOBODY, not even Vlad knows.
