Yes, that is my believe, like I said, agree or disagree up to you, I have my reasons and I have been clear about that belief for a while, time will tell either way.

It is EXACTLY 5 weeks since Vlad did his Zoom with investors. At that time:

2 Sites were in the process of signing off approval to start CAR-T trials, Vlad was in regular contact, neither had approved yet, both were expected to approve at some point.

It is widely believed that there will be NO UPDATE before first injection, agree or disagree, that is my understanding.

So between the Zoom and next RNS we need:

Site A OR Site B to give the go ahead (Contracts, site visits, allocation of staff and resources)

Investigator and Staff Training

Patient Recruitment and Enrolment

Selection of SINGLE best patient

Preparation and testing of Patient specific HEMO-CAR-T treatment

Delivery and injection of HEMO-CAR-T to patient.

In 5 weeks... It is entirely possible Vlad got a phone call the very next day giving him the go ahead HOWEVER.. He was still in the UK so you are talking the following week before he is even in his office then its a week+ to screen patients, these are actual humans who have to be met, told about the trial, given time to talk to their family and decide if they WANT to take part. Then IF they agree Vlad wants to pick the BEST patient and they need to meet a range of markers and THEN its 10days to prepare HEMO-CAR-T.

All of this could have happened in 3-4 weeks, its POSSIBLE, but its Hemo... People losing their $4!7 over 5 weeks and first injection has not happened yet? Please please wind your necks in and actually consider the work involved. It was possible and 5 weeks feels about right, but that DOES NOT MEAN ITS DELAYED. We are in the sweet zone where I am now checking for an RNS daily, but it could take weeks yet! *(OR Days, OR even a month+)

1, B011704k$ you are posting because you have a financial interest in this share going down staying down (Although you may have bought in as some large buys which means you may stop posting because now you want the SP to go up but pride prevented you from bowing out without a swan song response)

3, It is not Digittt or myself who have a "hypothesis of funding" it was the CEO who has stated they have funding for 1-3 patients, it was he who stated he had no concerns about funding if it is successful.

FWIW I LOVE it, Stu can google and throw out some key words, then Haywain walks into the room and its just so obvious there is ONE person on here who knows the science, and its not Stu.

Stu, your attempting to mislead people into believing funding via 3rd parties can only come after a long lengthy phase 1. FALSE. 3rd party could licence tomorrow before any results as demonstrated there have been alot of pre clinical deals lately. Or as vlad prefers it could come after some early but not final results, or it could take years. Your sole goal here is to try and convince everyone that only your pessimistic wishes are possible, when reality is I have seen more pre clinical and early phase licence deals lately than later stage.

HT he 10000% is financially interested in this share, I would stake my house on it, zero doubt he has a financial incentive to trying to push/hold the SP down.

Why dont you go and teach Vlad how to suck eggs and take Haywain back to school as you clearly know more than both of them because your googling abilities to find a year old publication 100% trump the collective experience of Vlad who has spent years on CAR-T, Penn who are the world leaders in CAR-T having pioneered it, Site B which have an interest in AML and selected Hemo for the data they provided and Prevail who are leaders in the field of clinical trials.

You can google, I can google, 121 has a love affair with chatGPT, but on this occasion I am going to assume the CEO knows what he is talking about over screen name on LSE.

No problem, think its worth focusing attention and not playing into the hands of a few traders, Hemogenyx are somewhat of a binary play right now, its not 50%/50% but it is a roll of the dice. We hit and this goes through the roof or we miss and SP takes a hit until Vlad sorts out CDX, but Stu in particular just wants us to take our eyes off the dice and distract us.

CDX/CBR - Per last update some progress, but we are in the dark, COULD be news at any point but Hemo are not driving hard here as they need money to progress.

CAR-T - Approval given from the FDA, as of approx 1 month ago Vlad was ringing TWO hospital sites asking if they had approved start of clinical study for HEMO-CAR-T. Site 2 not named but approached Hemogenyx. Approval COULD have already been given at any point in the last 4 weeks, OR they could still be waiting. My understanding is the company view first patient injected as the next significant milestone requiring an RNS. This could be days, it could be weeks or it could be another month or so.

On the finances - Hemogenyx need I think it was mentioned 7-8mil to complete the 18 patients for CAR-T? And this does not include CBR or CDX, speculation from shorters about a placing at this level are ill founded. The company are funded for up to 3 patients, Vlad is convinced they will be successful and money will be no issue if that is the case. Should the trial fail? The maximum the company can issue is 20% dilution a year, they have already used most of that, I think they can issue less than 100m shares now? So at 1p that would be less than 1m quid. This would not pay for more than half a dozen more patients, it would not fund CBR or CDX and be a complete waste of time. It might be a narrative that suits those who are short but its just not realistic. IF however the trials show early promising results (people dont die) then Site 2 may provide funds, licencing/JV oppertunities will be available and the SP/mCap should bounce hard so even if Vlad did wish to place at that point it would be at a much higher SP, he would have options.

So please, focus on the facts, the most recent update was from the CEO, they were waiting on notification from one of 2 sites and were ready to go. We probably wont hear anything before the first patient is treated and by that stage the market will start watching. Either patient dies and clinical hold, or patient lives and they move onto patient 2. If your sitting on the fence and assume you have time? Maybe you do and no news for weeks, or maybe we get an RNS tomorrow that patient 0 was injected. NONE of us know.

Stu and whoever else can say whatever they want, the CEO a few weeks ago stated the company had enough cash to do 1-3 patients in the clinical trial,. This was LESS than a month ago and he knew all too well that each patient would take ATLEAST 1 month. Why wait? If you let me know your brokers name I will try and find a number if you would like to ring up and sell? Go ahead and take a loss. If I am right and hemo does what I expect I will make you whole and send you a few thousand if/when I sell. The point is you blame everyone who is positive but never, not once do I see you attacking the trolls and obvious shorters. This flip flopping is just like MrIndia. Did you invest because CAR-T is valuable or did you invest because people on here said CAR-T is valuable? Did you never actually do some research?

Honest to god, this is not an attack, but go and do the research and stop blaming the likes of myself for repeating what is there in black and white for all to read, there are TONNES of examples such as:

Quit flip flopping and do the work. There are no alternative facts, the science is there in the RNSs and you have google to find out what they are worth and what stage they licence.

Micky, here is the problem people have with your posts, you come on here accusing myself and others of being "Rampers" and frame LTHers as the problem and WE are responsible for your poor investment returns.

You categorically refuse to place blame where its due or invest any time in doing your own research. "Ramping" implies promoting a stock to get people to buy based on nothing other than hot air and dreams, basically the public personas of a boiler house scheme. You make it sound like those who are excited here about the prospects and dare to post about it are in the wrong. So go on, please spend 5 mins, and do some research. Go and tell me what HEMO-CAR-T is worth, go and do some research and find some pre-clinical or phase 1 clinical trials in oncology for CAR-T and tell us that Hemo is over valued or inflated at 13mil. CDX or CBR COULD be worth billions, Hu-PHEC? who knows but Hemo still own the IP.

Bottom line is Hemo is MASSIVELY undervalued, the traders/shorters/trolls won and managed to destroy the value, we can all see it and none of us can deny it. But please get off your high horse and stop calling everyone who actually believes that Hemo is worth significantly more than its current valuation as a "Ramper" unless your willing to actually do some work and demonstrate how Hemo is not worth 100s of Millions TODAY.

Agreed Hulver, I also want to correct an inaccuracy, prefer to avoid LSE, but sometimes unavoidable...

The article basically says in coming years demand will outstrip supply..... Demand of hospital resources etc such that companies are investing billions in infrastructure. There really is no way to spin this as a negative when you own the IP in demand..... But feel free to try, As Hulver says, BOTH sites confirmed they will have no issue supplying the trial patients and BOTH are keen to do so.

2, Second inaccuracy to be addressed: "reason a second trial center is being sought." A second site was NOT sought, the second site was impressed by what they saw and THEY approached Hemogenyx. All we know is the second site specialises in trials like this, are large and have access to funds. It is likely to expediate things because although they were SECOND to sign on to run the trial they have demonstrated a willingness and eagerness to move forward by doing so. Having 2 sites in competition is of course going to push things along.

3, Final point, your framing comments from Digittt and others, probably myself, as "absolutely no idea when" Which again is not true. We know Vlad was ringing weekly asking "Can I start yet?" and that is not something you do if you expect to wait many months, it all depends on the Site Activation and Institutional Review Boards which can take 2 months or they could take 4. Exact figures are not published but I had a chat with Gemini and she tells me 3-6 months from IND approval on average until first injection. Which is why Digitt, myself, Vlad and others have been saying for some time, it could be days, it could be weeks or it could be months. Hemogenyx are waiting for approval to start trials and for all we know that could already have been given, if people REALLY want to risk trading on that uncertainty? Work away :P

19.. NINETEEN posts talking about other companies that are not Hemogenyx. A full page of posts nothing to do with what Hemogenyx are doing, much over a question that was asked and answered. If an investor comes along offering 20mil for a 20% stake or something but only if vlad goes private then I'm sure he would consider it. But he does not NEED to go private, he has nothing to gain, and frankly it's just annoying now people keep going on about it. He said no, so why are people trying to push that narrative? The Accountant, thats your decision based on what you feel, some will agree with you and some will disagree. I spoke to a poster on this board yesterday who is seen more of a troll but quiet lately and he had similar thoughts to you. He thinks there is a risk of a placing before results start coming but also agrees there is a chance of surprise news any day, so he does not short but admits he does troll on occasion if it gets too "perky". He is one of quite a large group of people who watches for RNS's constantly, wants the SP to stay flat or as low as possible and seems convinced when news of the trials start he can buy back in as soon as the market opens. We wont find out if he and others like him are right until it happens :P

Kingpin, between myself and people I speak with we represent more than the 3% necessary to call an EGM. However after the AGM I personally don't feel any need to call for a meeting. I don't know why all of a sudden the emergency? He is waiting for the 2 sites to give the green light and he had not gotten signed agreement from site 2 yet to name them. I'm usually the impatient one on here, but seriously we are waiting on a call from Penn or Site2. Demanding a meeting with vlad won't change that.

Sorry but I am going to strongly disagree, CBR/CDX are worth BILLIONS IF they work. CAR-T is worth 100s of millions if it works. Your opinion of Vlad or what you think the share price might do is irrelevant.

Will he get into trials without running out of money requiring dilution?

Will CAR-T work?

Will he find someone willing to pay 100s of millions QUICKLY?

Those are the 3 questions that are causing a drag right now on the SP. Like it or not, and against the best wishes and intentions of most LTH'ers who opted not to trade we are in a binary play right now. The upside is almost unbounded and has a time limit of a few months when money runs out, the downside? Hard to see it falling much lower, he certainly cant raise anything worth while at this price and would likely have zero choice but to sell something.

The simple fact is there is enough information in the RNS's to identify the target market of CDX, CBR and CAR-T, in this age its incredibly easy to find out what they are worth and what companies that own them SHOULD be worth. RE the 250k paid to Eli btw, that was just an upfront payment, if/when Hemo sell CDX Eli stand to make significantly more.

There are no guarantees here, we are wholly dependant on Penn or Site 2 giving the green light + HEMO-CAR-T working. That is not hypothetical or random, none of this is guess work or idol ramping or de-ramping, I wont guess about what else may or may not happen in the mean time, take all the salt in the world it wont change the situation :P

I am loathe to respond on this site, but i will... As MrsIndia has stated, that is an utterly random set of numbers.

Your valuing CAR-T at 25m? CDX at ONE FIFTH of that and CBR at 10mil????

CAR-T is the poor cousin of CDX, same antibody targeting same conditions HOWEVER CDX has a much broader list of indications and significantly larger target market, CDX is worth many times more than CAR-T, the only reason Hemo are progressing CAR-T first is CDX is extremely expensive to develop and test. CAR-T is a cheap and easy leap frog.

Then CBR... 10m? Err no. Its a potential cure for any virus, those of interest to the military like Ebola etc will likely get funded by Barda or someone but as a platform you can add at least 2 zeros IF it works.

By far the lowest value in the pipeline is CAR-T by a mile, HOWEVER its very easy to google licencing deals for similar candidates. You can find PRE-CLINICAL licencing deals, that is ones with ZERO trial results with upfront cash of multiples of that 25m and overall packages of 100s of millions. Licencing deals for CAR-T WITH positive trial results are often in the 500m-1bn ball park.

IF it works its worth that, if not? Its not.

There is one and only one question here that matters, will Vlad get needle in arm before the money runs out. Those of us who listened to vlad and believe him when he says he has enough for 1-3 patients believe he wont need to raise before hand.

Those who have sold/not bought in believe money will run out first.

NOBODY here knows which camp is right. Vlad believes, Google AI says it should be 2-6 months from IND submission, but reality is we are waiting for someone in a suit in Site A or Site B to lift the phone to Vlad and say, your trial has been cleared to start human trials. It could have already happened, we were told we will not find out until the first patient is injected. OR both sites may be on a go slow leading to months of delays.

Bottom line is Vlad was very clear, he was waiting for the green light, he was not given a date, days/weeks/months, NOBODY knows.
