Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
And like clockwork, Guinness and SSCCSS, new thread with a price target wish as the thread title hoping for a nudge down, please dont try and deny its an attempt to manipulate, we had some honesty going on yesterday and some civility, its an attempt to deramp, maybe instead try buying and supporting the company trying to save lives for a change? Ty!
Bottom line, SOME in the market KNEW there would be a placing after good news and Hemo was going to self fund to start these trials. There was zero doubt and that gave them the confidence to sell/short after FDA lifted the hold, the news itself is/was irrelevant, IF you know 100% a diluting placing is coming AFTER news then the share behaves no different to CLNs, you can guarantee yourself a profit if you can force the SP down. Either the FCA track down/prosecute these people or Vlad does something different.
There is no point in flogging a dead horse, its done, SP tanked, if you want to put your time and effort to good use and you communicate with the company make it clear this does not work, they cannot release good news and expect the SP to rise allowing a premium placing, it has not, does not and will not work in Hemogenyx, there are too many traders. He needs to do smaller focused placings for actual goals or find other ways to pay for shiz as per his interview.
Apart from funding? Hemo is flying, I mean the potential here for us shareholders is mind blowing, just have to ride out this period of negativity (which again is purely around funding and SP).
Also, nice to see MMs back to their old games, SP dropped to fill a 1.5m buy then back again.
Guys, negativity is fine when you look at the SP day to day, but step back and look at the bigger picture.
Hemogenyx are funded for now and have used most of their 20% headroom for the year so risk of dilution in the near future is tiny.
They have 3 great candidates actively moving forward one of which is approved for human trials and the other 2 showing massive potential.
All candidates are 100% owned by the company and by extension US the shareholders, the target market and potential valuations for ANY single candidate could be 1bn+ when proven in a clinical setting.
The focus right now is 100% on the share price, the recent placing and just general negativity and hostility, I ask, is that why you invested? Did you invest because the market told you to invest and because people on a bulletin board told you?
I get agitated and hostile when people use the share price as a metric for future results, as if the share price being in the sewer makes CAR-T less effective or if the board is only negative posts that means suddenly CBR is a failure. Bottom line, take away the funding related issues and hemogenyx has only had positive successful news in terms of science.
2023/2024 raising funds is and was hard, there are many small caps closing/administration/firesales because they cannot keep going. Hemogenyx were advised the market was bad and to accept what they could in the recent placing, and at the 11th hour despite wanting a much higher price Vlad did that. He allowed the SP to tank and allowed the market to manipulate the price and as a result, he said himself he did not raise enough to allow him to advance CBR and CDX as much as he would like. He then went on to stress the revenue streams now available and how they were not available pre-clinical. This is not a lifestyle company, Vlad WANTS to make CBR the next Microsoft of Viruses, he wants to prove his haters wrong and he cannot do it without ALOT of money, money which he now concedes is not available via placings. So he either puts everything on the shelf or he pursues alternative routes, you can each decide for yourself what he will do, I believe he will fight on. There is precedent for this, if you recall there WAS an effort to pump up the share price a few years ago in anticipation of IND submission, the company needed cash to produce HEMO-CAR-T and antibodies for CDX and work on CBR etc, lots of expensive processes that needed a clean room. Vlad failed to raise the cash needed to outsource these activities and instead he pivoted, he contacted Janus and they agreed to build and pay for 2 clean rooms in a new lab in a cutting edge facility. He did not raise the money to pay someone else to do the work for him so he did it himself.
The placing was 15% dilution but it keeps us in the game with 100% ownership, bet against Vlad if you wish, personally I think in the end he will win.
Anyway, bed time, let's hope for a better day tomorrow!
Phase 1 will probably be around 16 patients as per the other penn trial, vlad however will know if it works after first few patients and he could licence it at any point, but I have zero clue how long it will actually take to find a partner and agree a price 🤷♂️
Primary bid is cheaper than the brokers charge, I think its like 1% plus like a few k, there are other options out there also, the issue is you are not going to raise millions as Vlad is used to doing. He would have to do much smaller placings, < 1m HOWEVER if he tied this in with regular updates explaining much more about what the company is doing then it could be very positive.
For example lets take that CBR example, pretend the company has not raised funds in 6 months and has never mentioned Alzhimers atall, he could release an RNS tomorrow saying they are going to start IND enabling studies for Alzheimer's. He releases RNS, market gets a little excited but knows they will have to raise, so irrespective of how good the news is people start shorting and force SP back to where it was knowing there HAS to be money to pay for it.
The alternative?
The RNS to start IND enabling studies comes much earlier and bank is still quite flush. Vlad releases the RNS at 4:30 and another public placing RNS, lets not even say at a premium but at the closing price, £500k to pay for the next steps. What happens next? I know I would probably put in £10k, but would anyone then dump and sell? Placing is done before anyone has an opportunity to short, the money is "value add" potential for interviews and media coverage. And does company suddenly become worth LESS after announcing new potential treatment?
This is NOT how companies do it, and there is no guarantee Vlad would even consider this approach, but IMO its worth discussion and consideration.
Prefer not to go to bed on an argument. I would prefer if this board were more constructive than combative, so might aswell start, Vlad is not a business man, he is a scientist, I hope he has looked at the evidence and seen what he has done in terms of funding has not worked and be open to new ideas. Here are mine, if you agree or have improvements/suggestions please add or comment and PLEASE if you have good ideas or agree with these and you have any sort of communications with Vlad directly or indirectly pass them on. Vlad wants the company to succeed and I believe the majority of us do aswell:
1, The website - He should make that PRIORITY 2, over CBR, over CDX, and ONLY behind starting CAR-T trials but in parallel. The website is the window to the company and is his shop front, right now, it shows 2021 halloween stock...
2, Never let the bank balance run down again. Even if a JV is coming never leave himself vulnerable to the short attack we recently experienced.
3, STOP raising AFTER news, it now has ZERO impact and only works for traders, it drops so fast and ALWAYS below the pre news level so its never possible to raise funds so there is ZERO benifit to doing AFTER news, better to do BEFORE news lands.
4, Do SMALL raises, do them at a premium and do them FOR A REASON. EG lets say he is about to launch in vivo testing for Covid-19 in a lvl3 lab and needs monkeys? If he knows its going to cost 250k then do a placing for 300-400k, make it clear the placing is to pay for these tests and use this as an opportunity to provide an update to justify why we should invest.
5, Use a site like primarybid HE controls the process, no insiders inside brokers who can short, release it after markets close, open to EVERYONE, at a slight premium. Small, ZERO oppertunity to short sell in advance, and existing shareholders feel rewarded for investing beforehand and sentiment would go thought the roof.
Guinness, I actually agree with your last post, if you read my posts you will find I actually hold most of the same views, just gets lost in replying to other nonsense 👍
You "Totally agree", then proceed to try and argue why this is a bad investment?
Seriously?
This evening what I'm getting from LSE is everyone should sell, make hemo worthless and invest like 24 hrs before they sign a huge JV in a year's time after they are in administration and cease to exist.
Maybe if people were a bit more honest and transparent with their intentions, past 48hrs hemo has attracted some bottom feeding traders hoping to stick the boot in whilst the sp is down hoping for an extra 0.5% discount so they can loaf up before ramping about how undervalued hemo is and call out the potential upside on any positive results. I don't mind being called overly optimistic however the hypocrisy of some whom know they will flip their narrative and forecast 30 seconds after buying is just disgusting.
People don't spend hours on a bb posting s417 because they need something to do sitting on the dunny, EVERYONE is here for a reason, sadly at the moment the trading trolls out number actual shareholders by quite a margin!
Well today's troll is tomorrow's buyer, I'll just apply some cream and hope I don't catch something whist I'm here 🥰
Good god, do people not read? I'm getting a rash from the level of deliberate ignorance. 20 patients DOES NOT COST 3 MILLION POUNDS. I NEVER said all phases of the trial. Nor did I say 3m would cover the rest of the day to day operations whilst trials are going on. Which is right there in black and white.
So respectfully, it's pretty obvious that half the posters today are never going to be happy, if your STILL going to be negative, post never ending c4@p and troll, at a time when the company has just loaded up on cash, have just got FDA approval??? Seriously sell up and F off!
And no. It does not cost more than 3mil to test on 20 people, please don't be thick. That's not even worth arguing about, the issue is THE REST OF THE COMPANY ALSO NEED MONEY.
Vlad needs to relist hemo in the US under a different name. All he does is attract trolls and idiots 🙄
Saint, sorry but you misunderstood me, 3m is enough to run a 20 patient trial, if the company does nothing else. Realistically they will not stop work on CBR so they need significantly more cash, but we are talking 10s of millions, not piddly 3m raises. Vlad needs to bite the bullet and licence as soon as he has a few patients treated.
3 million to run a trial with less than 20 patients using CAR-T produced in house using lentivirus they have already paid for and stock piled is more than enough. If Vlad wants to accelerate and plough cash into CBR then no its not enough, basically its up to vlad how he spends the cash and after that interview it sounds like relying on raising money via placing is hard and risky so unlikely. He has said many times however, CAR-T is for sale. At the right price. The right price comes with clinical proof and that can be after only a few patients. So will the money last? Who knows, ask vlad, either way with 15% dilution used up he can only do minimal placing for the next 12 months and that 5% includes warrants and staff incentive awards.
Guiness, would you be willing to chat sometime on the agreement that I would promise never to repeat a word here or anywhere else?
Honestly would just love to hear it from your side, are you paid are you shorting, are you just trading and want it cheaper, how much do you really make doing this etc. I swear no abuse, just an honest chat if your willing? After all at this point Hemo are solvent, no risk of dilution for quite a while and if they do sign a JV or something your efforts at that point are useless. Be nice to just meet on no mans land and have a game of football :P
Drop me an email if so: justforguiness@gmail.com
Cant help but notice you keep starting threads with stupidly low TARGET prices you want to achieve Guiness25. First 1.2p then 1.5p.
100% there is ZERO chance you are currently a shareholder, so happy days I am putting you into the "deferred buyer" pile, not sure where all these extra shares are going to come from that would have to be dumped to even get remotely close to those prices given its been almost completely flat now for 5 days with volumes down to
All well and good focusing on the automated sells, but why no mention of the automated buys?
Gee, there are no buys here every single automated trade is a sell..... No. If you have a professional account you can set up automated trading and that means sell triggers AND BUY triggers. Seen plenty of those.
If you ONLY want to focus on the automated sells? Fine, they are shares sitting in an account being managed by a bot. The are shares that are going to be sold whatever happens at some point, HOWEVER the shares are not sitting having nooky breading, they are not cells dividing and multiplying, they are not rabbits banging away. They are finite and the bot must BUY to replenish that stock.
There was a large placing, alot were forward sold and shorted sure but it was still a large placing, there was also alot of LTHers who through their heads up in disgust and just sold out, so yes there was alot of shares to clear. While the past few days feels like we have bottomed out and most of the shares are gone, there clearly are some remaining.
Comments like "long painful ride" and "probably sell the same amount to bring it back down again" are just ACES for encouraging people to buy so great job keep it up :-)
Fundamentally there is nothing wrong with Hemogenyx, its a great opportunity, especially now funded into trials with ZERO debt and 100% ownership. The ONLY thing wrong with Hemogenyx is the share price and valuation. People would not bat an eyelid or question the valuation if the mCap was £100m. So whilst I appreciate everyone has the right to moan, perhaps not dedicating every post to the same repetitive c4@p maybe a good idea? The more new investors buy the less there is for the bots to sell, its not complicated, its not rocket science. If people are going to dedicate hours and hours of their lives posting why not make it constructive and post the case for why this is a good investment.
Just had a chance to watch the interview, sharing again as its off the page:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ljOknxG1mTw&ab_channel=ProactiveInvestors
Worth watching from 6:40 where he discusses future funding, interesting that he did not mention future placings but made the distinction of saying that as a clinical company there is interest from other investors and entities. He also mentioned grants and government, I want and hope to see some sort of non dilutive funding coming in the near future. Its the funding that has killed this SP and its the funding that the traders bank on to drag the SP down after any rise, ANY sort of non dilutive cash injection would be very very welcome.
HT, we did get an update on lupus, it was dropped by the partners because it was not possible to recruit patients for a trial or something like that I believe, Vlad DID tell us but I can't really remember full details.
Lol, wishful thinking on your behalf.
1, Vlad used MOST of the headroom he had in that placing so yes if he wants cash he has to swallow his pride and go and sign a licence.
2, short interest has massively decreased and the trolls/shorters are now either posting again or have flipped from deramp to ramp mode. They are traders and know much more profit to be made now buying for recovery.
3, no news for months? Lol did you get that from Vlad? 😆 they just raised 3m largely to pay to start CAR-T trials, might be a few months before we get results but expect updates on launch of trials and progress on CBR much sooner.
4, it's all irrelevant, there was just a large placing and sp tanked. Several flat days with volume going down to nothing indicator of bottom in, so say what you want, even likelihood of trial updates is irrelevant, traders will buy for the bounce once they recognise bottom is in.
