Well if we are looking at a takeover one way or another the offer price has to be at least the highest traded price over the last 12 months so really worse case scenario pretty much everyone today is still in profit.

If you look at the recent trades the top 3 are from yesterday 2mil in 3 separate orders. Good to see someone accumulating at very cheap prices, only made possible when PIs are willing to sell for cheap

Saw the rns re government payments which means future profits, looked at L2 and it was going totally mental, thought why not jump in and enjoy the madness for £2k.

No way they would bring in a new CEO without funding to back him, I am sure there will be naysayers saying "PLACING!!!" but if that were the case the placing would be done first and hire only after funding secured.
I have a funny feeling Wavertree will be announced in the coming days. That gives them all the finances they need to keep the lights on plus focus on getting the Uni project signed off before the school year starts.

With the potential uplift in project size and the significantly increased size of the parties involved in these talks we are initially concentrating our discussions with one university. During the last 3 months it has been challenging and we are being very mindful of the fact that the start of the new education year, and the continued uncertainty of COVID-19, are foremost in all universities thoughts with regards to the safety of their students. As we have mentioned previously, there is a real appetite within the university sector for development of classrooms and student accommodation and I look forward to updating shareholders at the appropriate time.

Heading to bed, hoping to wake in 6hrs to a nice ping on my phone with a juicy RNS announcing keys are in pocket, cash is in the bank and on the way to sign a Uni contract after breakfast!!!

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, may I ask why you chose to come on the Hemo board to post? If you were an investor that may explain, but an investor who just comes to a board and first post is a de-ramp? ;-)
Seriously though, RNS;s without actual figures, numbers, percentages people can try and play down, most people dont read them and half those who do read dont understand. Good luck when the GlobalCo details upfront payments.

Asleep, I think its going to be a number of rather sharp jump when it happens. So far the RNS's have lacked figures, there have been no big upfront cash payments, no milestone payments detailed, no percentage royalties etc. I would expect the licencing agreement with GlobalCo to include those figures and then we should see a revaluation based on actual and projected revenues.
Also we have not crossed the threshold for many investment groups, even companies like MotleyFool will not assess and run a piece on us until we cross the 50m threshold then they will be chomping at the bit.
I say unfortunately £1.80 as realistically if you took ALL of Hemogenyx products, gave them time to bring all to licencing stage, IE CDX for AML, ALL, HEMO-CAR-T, Mice, everything was ready to licence then based on the target market and that recent Deloitte presentation we could easily be talking £5-7.50 per share.
I just dont see Global Co being willing to wait that long. I just feel they will buy us up when we have a few more agreements signed and before SP is allowed to get too high.

Depending on what the majority shareholders accept, could be a straight cash buy out or like for like ************** or mix of the 2.
If its a pure cash offer, minimum is i believe the maximum price paid in the last 12 months so atm 15p+ which obviously vlad would never accept

Oh 100% we are heading for a take over at some point. Many people were saying next year or the year after.
However it seems clear that Global Co are that desperate to take us lock stock and barrel they are signing all the agreements now to make it much cheaper and easier for them to buy us out.
Honestly I suspect they have already made that approach to Vlad and the Bod but were told the SP is just too low right now to consider them selling.
So they let Hemo continue work, offer unlimited support so there is no slow down in development on the understanding that EDVENTUALLY it will be global co who owns it when they buy over Hemo.
For all practical purposes Hemogenyx are now an R&D arm of GlobalCo, when the SP is close enough they will sell. Its really that simple.
Its also pretty obvious that there are games being played behind the scenes, MMs are trying to fill big orders on the cheap. Its difficult to express just how undervalued Hemo is right now, for anyone to think that a GlobalCo would be so over us and trying to get their finger in every pie we are baking and value Hemo at 24Million?????????????????
I would stake my house on it that if Vlad were willing to sell tomorrow for 50mil even 100mil MCap value Global Co would bite his hand off and the deal would be done in a day.

Pzifer, Eli Lilley.... Whatever one it eventually ends up being we are still looking at massive figures.
The writing is on the wall, whoever it is is signing as many licencing agreements with us as possible it seems as this is only going to end one way and thats with a take over.
Could be much sooner than any of us imagine.

Not really to be honest, while you see so much churn and people selling at the 5/10/15% marks you know there are still plenty of traders involved.
