Was thinking is it possible that Navitas and ECO could take a share in the drilling.

45% Navitas 20% ECO and 35% BOR, not impossible with the Darwin find holding 3.2 trillion cubic feet of gas and over 400 million barrels of condensate/liquid petroleum gas.

Still back to where we have been and we will be back to where we were, market sentiment with this war still going on.

A $12 million process facility with bank loan already in place with production and high estimates of $35 million initial yearly profits is good. (That’s what the company think will happen)

Am sure you can do the calculation in share price.

I just expect this to jump from the initial 86p to £1.10 on results with what we know, and once production facility in place after another 18 months then the price will be around £2.50 on them production estimates and with that production facility.

Obviously higher potential with further wells and larger production facility and other acreage yet you seem to think it will bounce to a price in which we are already making cash.

If they are to establish HE3 which is not a certainty then additional yearly profits will adjust the share price accordingly.

Am sure you have these figures and it might bounce higher than £1.10, like it once did.

Nothing wrong with having high expectations yet I see what I see and I am not being the arseh@le here or not bright just realistic.

Not a good enough response for me, it’s now on all investors minds. If they would have set figures and facts though no just some waffle about liability.

Results are expected soon, if they fall short to expectations it sinks, on par with what we already know I expect £1.10 a share.

It was funding or a takeover and am sure nobody wanted to wait till production.

The takeover has certainly gone against what was expected.

Will just have to wait for the 18.88p and see if any other bids arrive.

Only been in a few months, expected higher offer, can see the frustration, people selling up had enough.

Going to stay, a profit is a profit and a not selling for 15.3p.

Do we think a second bid will arrive in the coming months.

If you were bidding for something you would put the lowest bid in 1st.

Cash consideration of US$0.25486 per share (A$0.354), valuing Atlantic Lithium at approximately US$210m (A$292m)

Offer represents a 26.6% premium to the last close of $0.280

Board unanimously recommends shareholders vote in favour, absent a superior proposal and subject to an independent expert concluding the Scheme is in shareholders' best interests

Largest shareholder Assore International (~26.4% stake) intends to vote in favour, subject to the same conditions

We're starting to see some fairly encouraging deals within the lithium sector, including the European Lithium ($835m bid from Critical Metals) and Global Lithium (China's Lopal Tech to provide maximum pre-payment of US$75m for offtake that won't be delivered until 1Q28).

Why would Assore say they will approve that bid which is less than previous bid. They are being offered something additional and it is wrong. Rejection is the only way, a mine that as so much going for it right now and we are expecting 18p a share when some people bought at 20p after ratification.

Disagree as the The Sea Lion project's Final Investment Decision (FID) in late 2025 was based on a Brent oil price model adjusted for quality and transportation, starting at US$62.99 per barrel in 2026, rising to US$64.79 in 2027, and US$73.63 from 2028 onwards.

Can’t see it getting back to $64.79 soon, was $59 before the war started and it will take a very long time to get back to anywhere near normal soon.

Watching RKH (Not invested yet) be a lot higher as production approaches.

This area as been disputed for years, suppose the only way to conclude a dispute is to offer money if the block as oil and gas, though a risk and expense doing the Seismic's.

Though, you know that any area that is disputed as obvious potential less it wouldn’t be.

Navitas are also in the Philippine’s blocks and not the Guyana.
