1st drill on 3B/4B is worth 40p a share in the ground at $5 a barrel.

Would have to pay out 5.25% share of drilling costs after 1st 2 free drills. We have money to participate in all 5 drills once approval is given.

They are working out different terms, yet the binding agreement will be breached if full funds are not issued, hence a curing period to either renegotiate terms or not.

Suppose nobody knows what this curing period/timeline would be unless they have the binding agreement contract. Usually 10 to 30days. These are put into contracts to avoid litigation.

They are discussing new terms and will have FID details soon am sure.

Just can’t disclose the detail in an RNS until it is approved and ready for the market.

Sit back and wait for the next couple of weeks and this will be all sorted.

Main point is that one analogue of sea lion holding 400 million barrels (in which we have 2) with 50K production is worth £3.50. Lots of other additional leads in Falklands.

Expected Orinduik news any day, thought it would come this week and get us up into the high 70’s.

Got South Africa News, JHI news and Navitas taking up 80% of Orinduik and 47.5% of Block 1CBK in South Africa.
