Monday or Tuesday I expect news as we know the licence lapses on the 13th January. Maybe a statement stating license terms are still being negotiated and market will be informed once completed and drilling details confirmed.

I do believe the details will be confirmed soon. I also believe the status on the 2 heavy oil discoveries will be classed as discoveries with statement on drilling.

The best scenario would be a forward looking plan on the Jethro and Joe appraisal drilling, and being in Q1 of 2026, rig details to be confirmed now or later date.

Additionally best scenario would be an overview with presentation detailing commitment on Namibia blocks, separate exploration drill in Guyana and potentially another partnership on another block, hopefully PEL-001 in Falklands or elsewhere.

Let’s hope we get news on South Africa soon with robust legislation of environmental process procedure concluded.

I know things have gone slow with ECO previously though I can’t believe this will be the case now Navitas are onboard. Ducks are lined up for a great 2026

If I was the broker I would price ECO Target at £3.80

I would get ECO money to Drill the Osprey in Namibia, pay half with Navitas (40 million or less - 500 Metre drill)

Money ready and available for drill in Block 1 South Africa.

Pay JHI associates additional money which includes the 7% they own of the company to get a 10-15% stake in Falkland Block and have Navitas as operator to drill a 2 well free ride.

Have Falklands drill ready, same as Namibia and Guyana at the same time as Total Energies and Block 1 are ready to drill. A five fold drills all with the same spud date.

Then I would wake up and realise I am not Broker. Still that’s what could happen this year and £3.80 will not be nonsense 👍😂
