Well I didn’t know this, Eco could hold on to the 20% stake in Guyana. Navitas are a big enough company and can get cash for FID

Navitas holds a 65% working interest in the North Falkland Basin licenses related to the Sea Lion project.

Rockhopper holds the remaining 35% working interest.

Navitas has provided a series of loans to Rockhopper to fund Rockhopper's share of the project's pre-Final Investment Decision (FID) and development costs. These loans are to be repaid from 85% of Rockhopper's future free cash flow from the project, not through an equity stake in Rockhopper itself.

Both companies recently reached a Final Investment Decision (FID) on Phase 1 of the project
