The news in December made the share, this could be anything and I won’t sell until I see no further profit, so much moving forward.

Eco (Atlantic) has raised US$10m (~£7.4m) via a direct institutional placing:

26,909,091 new shares

Issue price: 27.5p (yesterday’s AIM close)

One free warrant per share

Exercise price: 40p

Life: 3 years

Who bought?

Israeli-based institutional investors (not retail, not bucket shops).

🔹 2. Why This Is Bullish (Not Dilutive in a bad way)

✅ Placing at market price

This is rare for AIM juniors.

No discount

No fire-sale financing

No toxic funding

👉 This signals strong institutional confidence.

✅ Warrants at 40p = built-in upside target

Institutions only make serious money if:

ECO trades well above 40p

They exercise and inject another ~£10m later

That’s:

£7.4m now

~£10.8m later if exercised

👉 This is effectively a £18m+ funding runway tied to future share price strength.

✅ Minimal dilution

They state:

8.54% of existing share capital

7.86% post-issue

That is modest for a £7.4m raise.

For AIM oil explorers, that’s clean dilution.

This is the latest on Namibia, push on with this and we could see a drilling in 2027-

Key Data and Geological Insights per Block (As of late 2025):

PEL 97 (Cooper Block - Block 2012A):

Data: 1,450 km of 2D seismic data and 1,100 km² of processed/interpreted 3D seismic data.

Prospects: A defined Cretaceous Stratigraphic Trap drilling prospect named "Osprey" (882 million barrels of oil) has been identified within the Albian/Aptian sand-filled channel system.

Status: An Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) was issued in June 2025 for planned seismic activities.

PEL 99 (Sharon Block - Block 2213):

Data: 473 km of 2012 Western Seismic 2D data, 1,012 km of 2014 PGS 2D seismic, and an 870 km² 3D seismic survey (on the Guy Block area).

Prospects: Identifies "look-alike" leads to the Venus and Graff discoveries (above the Albian unconformity).

Status: As of September 2025, Eco is planning a new 1,000 km² 3D seismic survey to further define these leads.

PEL 100 (Tamar Block - Blocks 2211B and 2311A):

Data: Licensed access to 1,324 km of 2D seismic data (acquired August 2024).

Targets: Deepwater Cretaceous channels and fans.

Status: Similar to PEL 99, this block is slated for 3D seismic in 2026.

I hope the $5 million is being used on Namibia blocks. That is certainly a place without current constraints of South Africa.

Now it is time for Orinduik News, details of Falklands PEL-001 and a new presentation highlighting a forward thinking plan with Namibia. Would not waste money on South Africa until clear approval process is indicated by South African government

No discount, the investors are willing to give $10,000,000 at a share price of 27.5p.

So if that isn’t a bull sign to was it to come I don’t know what is.

Looks like the license news and appraisal well news is due, they want to see profit and they will be seeing it very soon. 60p pre-drill in my opinion.

Was looking how long it took for Exxon to get approval for appraisal drills, these usually go hand in hand and work completed in a few months as below:

Ongoing Activity: As of 2024-2025, ExxonMobil continues to conduct ongoing, rapid appraisal drilling (e.g., Lau-Lau, Fangtooth, Barreleye) in the Stabroek Block, with appraisals typically taking only a few months to complete.

This looks a quick process, approval and rig details could come quick, hope this is the case.

Bit of a harsh word starvin, yet a punter and punters that seen the potential under 10p and sees the potential moving forward can only advise there point of view yet see others.

I don’t see downside and the price will dictate what will happen here, whatever the price you’re in at.

Be more buyers on news and fresh money and plenty to come am sure of that and positive news I am sure. I am.

I work in oil and gas and see that this can be achieved like Exxon have achieved, information sharing is the norm.

I can’t see downside once drill date is given and if I had more funds I would add as I see this double with drill date and plenty more on FID.

Total energies and Qatar energies invested elsewhere.

Do not think trump is stupid enough to invest in Venezuela to bring the oil price down to make the shale market collapse. This has happened to protect Exxon 1.8 million per day.

The outlook for 2026 oil price is bearish yet investment is low and at some point that will have an effect and price will recoup to $80 at some point in my opinion.

We have nothing to do with Venezuela oil. Exxon to produce 1.8 million barrels a day and that was initial reason for USA to arrive due to Venezuela’s threats.

Yes USA require heavy oil and maybe they are taking the production that has been going on these supply vessels. This as nothing to do with ECO and if you are making a scenario Venezuela oil will make an heavy oil glut, give your head a shake.

So if we have as much or more than the Hammerhead what is the problem to prove commerciality like Exxon have.

Its good to see the trolls on the board, I did say it would happen when we was in focus.

If you can’t see what is in front of you then bail out and leave the board, or bail out and become the tit of the board another Dump.

This negative drivel is unwanted at this time as the company move forward and so many events can change this into a production company and increase the share price double in a short period of time, drill date.
