If the confidence is so high on orinduik, the appraisal wells should be drilled and used as part of the development plan. Saves a lot of money.

So how significant the taking of all warrants at 40p would be, maybe investors are taking this to the 40p to do just that.

Either way a higher price is needed to make significant returns.

We need the actual 10% if not more of the block and not the company JHI.

Navitas will loan JHI up to a certain percentage. Wonder what that percentage is and if Navitas ask the new partner to stump up $20 million or they will guarantee ECO a loan due to due diligence and risk of JHI holding all the loan to repay.

Would rather be direct holding and not waiting on JHI to decide what ECO own.

This will be an interesting bit of news with our partners and details will show how this game is being played to benefit this share price.

I actually thought why do we need the Direct Equity Subscription of US$10 million and Issue of Warrants when we have a company Navitas as a partner who have loaned till production with RKH. Do we need the money for and is it for a piece of Falklands also. Though I heard myself thinking (as you do) is this because they cannot get any decent quantity of shares. 🤔

Yes Orinduik spud day, some people maybe skeptical, we have them people in this world, yet the way things are looking with news maybe tomorrow, February, March or April nobody is leaving here, you gotta be real dumb to leave this story.

The Israelis are investing heavily just like Rockhopper, yet unlike RKH we are not a one trick pony and Navitas and partners have a lot to play with when it comes to ECO acreage.

So if you think Orinduik Appraisal wells will not be commercial (since Hammerhead), that we may not be giving licence for next exploration in Guyana, if you think we may not get a decent piece of the Falklands Pie, if you think South Africa will never drill and leave us with 2 empty massive potential blocks and if you think Namibia blocks with hold nothing. You should not be in this share and should leave immediately.😀

Was thinking about $15 million at 40p and the other $2.1/2 million for new investments. Now $17.1/2 million plus 2.3% would be a substantial hold in the PEO-001.

I would hope the 7% holding in JHI converted into a % of the block.

Early 2028 is production on Sea Lions 1st Phase. Once the money starts rolling in the drilling will be hand in hand with next phase and block PEL-001.
