It's a load of Tripe, if the EU tries to stop medical supplies that will 100% show the British people they made the right decision voting to Leave. What ethical organisation would put peoples lives at risk to make a political point?

And in any case I guarantee you if this was even the case, before the UK actually ran out of supplies there would be Non EU countries falling over themselves to provide us with the drugs the EU were withholding.

Oh dear another one who doesn't understand that the number one thing moving the markets at the moment is politics. And out of the entire Western World at the moment the UK is the most affected by politics.

And out of all UK companies arguably a UK bank is one of the most affected stocks by politics in the UK. There's not a hell of a lot to talk about when it comes to LLOY either.

It's a slow burner, pays a decent income... growth next year is not expected to be great. Everything is pretty flat with LLOY at the moment. If Brexit actually happens properly and it's a success that's when things will happen for LLOY. Until then expect a lot of range trading, with a reasonable income if you hold it.

I care more about control over Immigration and our Laws/Sovereignty than a short term economic hit that's been over blown mate.

I just did a quick google search "UK EU How Much Trade"... first thing that came up was...

I put a tenner on them not raising it. It makes sense that they would raise it, but I think they might bottle it due to the Brexit negotiations. There's no value in betting a 0.25% rise, payout is rubbish.

Probably something like that. If the price was to rise too high shareholders might reject it.

Exactly, Japan just cut a deal. And Juncker has already signified the EU's intentions to do a deal. But the UK? Nope we have a PM agreeing anything the EU wants to try and stop them making an example of us.

When ever there are mergers the Sharks start circling. I've seen it loads of times, I seen it with Kraft trying to take over Cadbury, the shorters slaughtered the stock allowing a Kraft hostile takeover bypassing the board.

I seen it with Premier foods when they were under offer recently... constant short positions opening and closing, trying to manipulate the share price. No one knows the exact reason at the time, but if you watch the stock sooner or later the real intentions will become clear.

There is no "marginal" in the mandate. It was a two horse race, the remain horse lost. The referendum didn't have a runner up prize. Nor was the referendum ever sold as a proportionate result. No one from either side ever said the percentage of the vote on each side would reflect how much out or in we were going to be.

Full Brexit on WTO terms, anything less and the democratic vote is being ignored.

I think you're right. I think even some remain voters must be disgusted by how the EU is behaving by now. I think if our government was truthful and just said no matter how hard we try the EU is determined to punish us to try and deter other countries leaving, therefor we are going to make a complete and clean break from the EU, and we won't be paying that £39 Billion to them...

I think the British people as a majority would get behind that.
